JAMF Pro is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is easy to deploy and use. Their team is alway willing to help and made our migration go as smooth as you can expect. With such a large community, it is easy to get answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, can't think of anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problem we had prior to Jamf Pro was assigning software to different users without having to build multiple blueprints. Now that we have Jamf Pro, that is no longer an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience as a Jamf user has been great! Jamf professionals are knowledgeable and friendly and the onboarding process was seamelss.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. Jamf is the third MDM system that I have utilized and by far has the most functionality and best customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jamf, managing devices by department/buliding/user has been made to be a much more simple process.

Jamf helps us secure all endpoint devices and manage the profiles loaded on the iPads we use in our stores

Downsides are not being able to remotely view the endpoint devices

It helps us solve the problem of managing apps on hundreds of devices across the country

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been a key asset for our team managing everything from device tracking to software updates and OS upgrades roughly 200 iOS and Mac devices used remotely across the US. We use Jamf daily, and our Support experiences have been positive. New device implementation and integration tasks are completed with relative ease by trained staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is somewhat steep for newcomers to our team, and particular attention to device exclusion settings is key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software and OS updates and upgrades are successfully managed and implemented for on-site and off-site iOS and Mac devices of varying age and system capabilities, and secure wipe is protecting sensitive data remotely when devices are shipped back to our team.

The price; I think the price is a good value but I'm not a hardcore user und uses 1/5 of Jamf's features

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has amazing customer service. At first I was very intimitated about using it but their customer support put me at ease. They helped me set it up to integrate with our iPads located across the nation. It is easy to use and seting up additional iPads for our sites was a breeze.
We use it every day to keep track of how our sites are using our iPads. I really like the fact that I can see when someone logs into a device. I love using the blueprints as well. They are easy to set up and then use again and again depending on the device needed for each location,
They also have very nice step by step video tutorials to help you through the setup process. I also like attending their online trainings because I learn so much when I do.
I highly recommend them.

It looks intimidating at first glance but all you need to do is call their customer support and/or follow their step by step video tutorials.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first started using them, I'm not sure they had the video tutorials, but that was a while ago. They have really stepped up their ease of use by adding the video tutorials for those of us that need a quick refresher when we go to set up a new device.

The website has gotten slow after it was updated a couple of weeks ago. Also, we have to update the VPP token more often than expected.
