Jamf Pro is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage our Mac fleet. It makes it so much easier to use a tool that is especially targeted to Apple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. Still a new user and adopter

Being able to do a 0-touch Mac deployment
We use JAMF pro for our Mobile devices and it has created a streamlined process.
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Jamfs self service and the ability to provide custom apis.
What do you dislike about the product?
JAMF can be confusing with all of the options that it has. I think a breakdown of what each option does is helpful, because some of them sound like they do similar things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to monitor and secure our iPads that our seamless employees use.

A powerful, very versatile tool integrating in most environments and making Mac management and security a breeze

It needs more colors! And better search options.

That I'm able to manage all my Mac and my mobile devices

The user interface is dated. Clicking functionality is poor. You have to scroll from one side of the screen to the other to move to the next record or click a button.

Adding the security features and patch management.

Jamf Pro makes device management do much easier in our higher ed environment. We appreciate the current features and always look forward to the new ones.
