Best of breed Apple MDM
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Jamf Pro does what it says it will do and does it well. Being able to control things like app deployment, updates, device provisioning and more all through the one portal is fantastic. Local support has been good, particularly when switching authentication providers and integrating Jamf Connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve may be steep for some and the Software Update section that has just been released has had little to none training offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of a large fleet of Apple devices is time consuming and Jamf cuts down the amount of time needed.

JamfPRO does the job in a simple, intuitive way. It beats the rest hands down

It manages my Apple fleet seamlessly. It allows one person to do the work of many.

The cost in Australia for schools to use.

The ability to provide total support for Apple Devices and give end-users the best possible experience without having to think or worry about how they access/join/use their device on an Enterprise Domain

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro hosting is simple and setting up of deployment process is easy and effective. The granular control gives admins to deploy devices securely. Jamf community is great and helps in need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf Pro premium support can be improved in case of major outages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise Apple Device Deployment has never been easy to deploy devices to end users securely, Jamf pro helps in deploying these with ease.
An effective an comprehensive platform for managing an iPad fleet
What do you like best about the product?
Service is very good. The functions are highly configurable to match my schools requirements. Up time is good and it's a very good method for managing a fleet of 500+ devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management user interface on phones is not responsive however the user interface on iPad can work depending on the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of student and teacher devices, composing configuration profiles and deploying profiles and apps.

Managing apple devices and deploying apps quickly.
Process can be Difficult but help is always there

The simple dashboard that I can easily navigate. If used daily is easy for quick checks

The setup with apple business manager was a bit tricky, but the support from Jamf is amazing, and the help guides are sooooo good

Keeping all of our technology child safe and updated to remain secure.
Absolutely excellent macOS management
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about JAMF is the UI - it brings all the functionality of the MDM together in a seemless and logicial way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the pricing would accomodate less than 25 devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JAMF allows our organization to manage both company-owned and BYOD devices in a way that is secure and keeps the compliant with our IT/security policies.
Perfect MDM companion for Apple device management
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro provides administration of all aspects of Mac devices. Compliance policies and profiles are a welcome addition ensuring standards are followed. Everything works in a timeless manner with integration to other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times its almost impossible to recover a device that has been locked out which would require a system wipe. This is the only disadvantage of having great security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solid MDM provider allowing app updates, conditional access policies and management of system access remotely.
Flexible, scriptable, established MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Allows running scripts on Macs, supports all Apple devices (where possible), easy to use & implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have an answer for this.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is easy to deploy and use. Their team is alway willing to help and made our migration go as smooth as you can expect. With such a large community, it is easy to get answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, can't think of anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problem we had prior to Jamf Pro was assigning software to different users without having to build multiple blueprints. Now that we have Jamf Pro, that is no longer an issue.
