What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Very easy to integrate.

So far I have had no issues that I haven't been able to get resolved.

Powerhouse of Funtionality
What do you like best about the product?
We simply wouldn't be able to do what we do without Jamf Pro. The features and simple yet powerful design allow us to accomplish everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf while powerful does have some midway points that I feel can be optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage a Mac fleet and mobile devices without the hassle of needing to battle for our sanity

The intuitive user interface, the simplistic approach to fleet management, and the support!

I wish that it was a bit easier for certain integrations in our business where we use in house devices!

Jamf allows 2 people to manage a fleet of 3000 devices. EASILY.
Great MDM for All Apple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Jamf Pro is the user experience is so friendly and easy to use. It makes enrollment and management a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. I would say upon first look and messing around with it, it can seem like a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro is solving th issue of distributing and managing our mobile devices to our line workers
MDM/DDM One Stop Shop (even for tiny orgs)
What do you like best about the product?
Everything within the Jamf umbrella is so well documented, it's hard to NOT find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The specialist services start at a pretty high cost even for small orgs but I believe that they might be worth the buck if you ever plan on expanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, Jamf brings cohesiveness with our existing MS infrastructure for users who prefer Macs.

Jamf connect was the easiest way to fullfill our needs. We wanted password synchronisation, timebased userprivilege elevation und secure user creation on our apple devices. What shall i say... perfect solution

The configuration took some time but jamf perfectly helped us

Create useraccounts on devices, elevate userprivileges on timebase and and synch passwords
Wonderful piece of software to give us multiple factor authentication for our Macs

We love the ability to do privilege, elevation easily to a group of users, but make them run as standard users at all other time
