What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been a game-changer for managing our Apple devices! The intuitive interface and automation features save us so much time, and remote deployment is a breeze. Can't wait for there new compliance feature & the blueprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of privledge elevation is a huge minus but i see that is something in beta and i have high hopes for it

Where intune takes around 24 hours to make changes, Jamf does it in a few minutes

Reporting can improve. Dashboards can be better as well.

JAMF Pro has been critical in ensuring success with Apple products at our district. The speed and performance of JAMF Pro including the ability to be agile with deployments has been crucial in keeping our students engaged!

Vebdor lock in is definitely a concern I have.

Jamf is a great tool for beginners and advanced admins. Easy to use and reliable

Enterprise pricing could be better, but overall well worth it. No real dislikes

What do you like best about the product?
Where to start!? The community is one of the best things about it for sure. Also, the amazing scope of features and the ability to customize so much of it make life a lot easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest shortcoming for me has always been patching, but that space has improved quite a bit in the past year and the fault is mostly with Apple anyhow.

I'm able to smoothly and securely onboard, update, and maintain a very large fleet with a zero-touch experience for my users.
