Reporting, all of the future possibilities for our organization.

Patch management, it’s too much work to keep it up-to-date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made it so much easier to distribute settings and configurations. Patch management is not on the level yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve never used Jamf before my current employer, but it has been a phenomenal tool to help us track and manage our company computers. The ability to quickly, and almost instantly deploy new policies has been a game changer for us
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but it would be amazing to have an integrated patch management tool to have the most recent installers of the software we use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re utilizing Jamf pro to keep our employees computers secure/encrypted while keeping them up to date with the latest software we use in the field. Being able to mass build and deploy laptops for our care teams has really helped us with employees on-boarding. Jamf’s security has also been extremely helpful in staying Hi-Trust compliant
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely leverage Jamf Nation for help with scripts and policy help; The Jamf community is great and their support is super helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro/Casper has always been approachable to a vast array of technical aptitudes. It really helps in our environment to lessen the burden on tier 3 teams, when lower tiers can perform simple tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure how much I can blame on Apple, our internal network security posture, or Jamf. But, I frequently spend a while troubleshooting simple issues with APNS pushes. If those could be logged in a special place, it would make it easier to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro makes it easy to scale a solution with many dependencies.

More uptime more accomplished

What do you like best about the product?
Gone are the days of failed JSS Casper rollups and rollback maintenance cycles, with Jamf Pro Cloud. Login and Go reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limitation of stability for large single file downloads from the default cloud storage to be odd. Printer configuration would be best if not having to script lpadmin items, and use Computer Management applet. Customizable smart group email stationary. Would like to see a tree or pathway routing for configuration-items Smart Groups association to policies, triggered custom events, etc. In an example, when reviewing Smart Groups, see where they are used prior to deleting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Failed or pending configuration profiles may not load self-service `approval` uamdm reminders, without using a Policy > Files and Processes > Execute command `open /appName.app` fix;
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best use a financial resources for efficiency and ease of implementation, especially from onPrem scenarios.
