Great MDM that we would higly recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
The configurations can get very granular and that has been very helpful for all of our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside, but the configuration profiles have a bit of a learning curve. But once you get it figured out, it's easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a manufacturing initiative pushed where we had iPads mounted on all of our machines. These iPads needs to be locked down and managed, and Jamf was the solution for this.

I have always been impressed with Jamf's continued expansion of features and its understanding of what is needed to manage Apple iOS, macOS, and iPadOS devices.
The system is easy to set up and integrate.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little costly compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Jamf, we would have no way of managing our Apple devices.

out-of-market price and excessive modularity to access integrations with other services that is limiting in many cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf makes Apple device management seamless, offering powerful tools for remote deployment, configuration, and compliance. It saves time for IT operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has a learning curve, especially for new users. Some advanced features require better documentation or support to fully utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a centralized system for all our Apple devices throughout the whole company, making it easy for us to fully manage.

What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboards and Blue Prints are the most helpful and I use them daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf Pro has a steep learning curve although their support documentation is good, you just need time to get set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified and we can't be compliant without Mobile Device Management.

Jamf is the gold standard of MDM. My favorite piece is inventory and policy managements most things are highly configurable and I really appreciate the level of support and collaboration a Jamf rep is willing to give

Sometimes features might be a bit late to roll out

I love the security aspect of linking connect to our Azure tennent so only people with organisational account can use our devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf connect helps simplify authentication to Mac endpoints using Microsoft Entra credentials. It makes zero touch device deployment easy, and has a bunch of other great features to make managing our Mac fleet and the users on them easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping up with new features in updates requires staying on top of my game. I sometimes have to rebuild my configuration profile to leverage the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Local admin escalation, extended enterprise idp authentication to the Mac, and simplifying deployments to anyone in the world.
