Best Apple MDM
What do you like best about the product?
The exclusive features like App request, Jamf parent, setup/erase etc

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! This makes my day so much easier than before we had Jamf, I am able to get through so much. through Policies, Configuration Profiles, and PreStage Enrollments- we have been able to set up a computer in from unboxing to finished in under 35 minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
The missing ability to turn on Remote Login and Management on with a script- although it is completely an Apple issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to free up a lot of time to do other projects, documentation, and other things we have been putting off because of time constraints.

What do you like best about the product?
JAMF is a huge timesaver. There is no way we could manage 1:1 devices without JAMF. JAMF support is very responsive & helpful in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure it is a dislike, I'm still learning how to manage Macs in JAMF. Need very basic training at JNUC for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is being able to manage multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and robust JAMF Is to use.We use JAMF to manage our infrastructure at FoxNext Games, and without JAMF managing our 300 devices would be a nightmare. We even integrate our macs with Microsoft Active Directory.
JAMF support has always been extremely helpful with any questions we have had. We migrated from an on-prem version of JAMF to JAMF Cloud had having JAMF walk us through the process was absolutely priceless. We had no user impact, and even had our encryption keys moved over with no issue.

There is nothing I necessarily dislike with JAMF.

We are solving out of box experience, application management, configuration management, and reporting metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the software and the robust nature of the features.

Limitations that are inherent within most Apple systems including Windows 10 compatibility.

With JAMF Pro out University is able to create, configure, and monitor large groups of machines.

Best Enterprise Tool for Managing Apple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of JAMF Pro is its straightforward approach to management. Everything you need is clearly labeled and speaks for itself. You have lots of commands you can use to manage you devices effectively and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
How easy it is to remove a device from management with out Admins knowing. Its a quick one line of terminal to remove the management from the computer and the DEP Pre-stage enrollment is easily by-passed. I wish there more automation behind device status and enrollment state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able minimize touch during deployment. We are currently working on Zero touch deployment and integration with ISE and Intune for conditional access to our network.

Jamf Pro has covered a lot of ground when it comes to managing Apple devices. regardless of price this tool will help better the management of your Apple environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Great management of computers and devices. Can push out applications and software to lots of computers at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to store photos of damage and information about repairs to computers and devices tied to the serial number of the computer for historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Set up lots of new computers with the right settings and apps. Troubleshooting when apps don't load. Restrict and un-restrict settings. Find out who has a computer by serial number, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The macOS apps aren't 64 bit, however there is a way around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing macOS devices with hundreds of SAs under you is a lot easier with jamf Pro.

What do you like best about the product?
Zero-day support. With all the new macOS and iOS updates this is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little thing: Viewing Smart and Static groups, just make the first click viewable and second click editable.

Compliance, Security, enforce critical security updates to macOS.
