What do you like best about the product?
Testing across differnt real devies in a single platform

The speed and slowness with bs local is the major challange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing on multiple devices at one platform is very benefecial for my project ,and a platform to run my automation test cases and check the video logs whenever needed.

I like the ability to access mulitple browser versions, devices, iOS and android versions.

Occasionally the speed affects how my team test.

Browserstack allows my large team to access multiple browsers and devices for QA. We test our app across multiple devices and versions using Browserstack.

Browserstack has always been my reliable source for testing applications on varied platforms for responsive testing. Still, I have been able to test apps on varied geolocation with its Change location feature.
Accesiblity Testing gives a details scan of the website and report is shared which has helped us improve it for the better.
Their services are easy-to-use for both developers and QA.
Customer support team is very proactive.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Not Cost efficient for small organizations
2. Some devices take longer to load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responsive testing is one of the major benefits while using browserstack . I have performed Cross crowser and Compatiblity testing using BS which has been quite beneficial to ourApplications.
I can always rely on browserstack for my unit testing of my development

There are many up-to-date devices available on BrowserStack. Plus they are all physical devices, not emulators. It's easy to use for it's simplified UI.

Sometimes, it can be a little lagging, could be caused by my work PC.

Browsersack has been my go to solution for responsive browser device testing for a long time, it is simple to use, and along the has been introducting a lot of new features.
Works seamlessly on local URL's and with introduction of Visual and Accessibility testing makes it even more powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of dedicated iOs versions, the actual devices have limited iOs versions, there should be a simulator based approach as well where minor versions can also be selected.
Becomes a bit laggy at times suddenly, the performance aspect can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Few high level points i would like to mention about browserstack App Automate
- Awesome availability of real time devices ( i am using IPAD)
- Helps me in testing IPADOS upgrade every year
- Compatible with all frameworks and languages available in market makes this tool versatile
- Ease of use with documentation provided by browserstack
- Support from Browserstack is tremendous

What do you dislike about the product?
There were few challenges i was facing 2 years back, most of them are resolved already but still i am having challenge with mutliple QR scanning in one flow
For this browserstack already agreed to fix in upcoming roadmap since this year its not possible

Browserstack is helping us in regression testing for new IOS builds every month. This regrssion builds are configured with CI tools which helps in saving our 3 to 5 buisness days work for every release.
Good emulator option in market
What do you like best about the product?
For device QA all devices are present at one place with different versions and not to forget its easy to use and understand also multiple users can use it at a time and has good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
For desktop versions or even for mobile when multiple tabs are open it stops abruptly.
While using location feature in old versions it keeps on showing blank page also it never comple loading of the page
