Browserstack is good but slow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to test different devices and build more responsive websites
What do you dislike about the product?
The devices inside are slow, so it can get tedious to test things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using different devices to test our website/apps, it can get expensive to buy lots of different devices to test on.
Find platrom version discrepancies easily
What do you like best about the product?
Easily swap different platforms, browsers, os versions. You can pinpoint exactly what platfirms arent comoatibke. Its great.

I wish there was a way to test 2 or more platforms side by side

Super easy operation and quick browser testing possible. The customer support is quick.

Actually, there is nothing I don't like about BrowserStack, but what would be nice is a desktop app.

needs networking changes if your websites are behind firewall

Proxying feature of browserstack enbale to test the public facing and internal websites where coutries could block IP's or some features that are not supported, cross site scripting issues are discovered up front. We could analyze the user behavior is usage from other countries while just clicking from browserstack.

It is very easy and user friendly tool which replaces physical browsers. It reduces the headache of maintaining physical devices.

Nothing much to dislike as it satisfies all your requirements.

Maintaining different OS and different versions of browsers physically is very difficult. Browserstack reduce this burden and makes your life very easy

Not keen on accessibility being locked behid a paywall.

Greater variety of resources available so that as user we doen't have to buy any physical devices or compatibility version issues.

There is nothing like of disliking just some of the like, The free version has restrictions that may not meet the needs of smaller teams or projects, leading to frustrations about accessibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Borwserstack helped me test my website on a number of devices that would be simply impossible to acquire for me personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags. It has issues with inspect element console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Look, it would be honestly impossible for a small business to acquire that many devices and test your app that easily on all of them. It's a real helper.
