A Good Platform for Automation Testing and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is continuously developing and adding new features. Along this with it's increasing the QA knowledge with sessions and meetups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, But it's expensive little bit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for regression and feature testing. So it's very beneficial for us
Tried for improving a client's website, to a must go tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple yet very effective tool, which gives the feeling of working with live devices. It could easily be implemented for integrating the automated tests for different devices. Once the client suggested to use this tool, we went forward for using this tool for every project on regular basis. Additionally the customer support is awesome, as I was assigned to a human executive for chat within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit sloe, and switching to different devices is bit hectic to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hekping me solve comparision between n number of devices for the perfect look of mobile and desktop applications.

What do you like best about the product?
It's key for mobile a browser test automation in order to test different scenarios in mobile and browsers versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the subscription of paralell testing that force you to purchase more than 1 paralller in order to have different test running at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I may cover a wide number of web browers in only one platform, I'm able to test on real mobile devices and screen sizes.

It allows to easily test with different devices that are not immediatly available, charged, and in fron of me

it can be just as cumbersome to use as switching physical devices. It can be slower

So far, I have learned that Browser Stack offers a diversity of tools and features in a single tool to boost, automate and improve the processes for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen just yet a trial plan or similiar that let's you explore these tools so you can have a POC for your team.

Like the no code, low code automation platform and also the the AI platform

I do like being able to run automated testing across many different devices. Being able easily incorporate this to may daily task is helpful and I'm glad it works with our team realy well.

There is a rather steep learning curve to the product itself. Luckily there are resources to help here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to run automated testes rather efficiently and providing video of those test runs.
Best Browser tool for testing compatibility, Automation and Integration with different tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of integrating the browser stack with different automation tools and the detailed documentation that ease the implementation.

At this point I have found browser stack to be more likeable tool. No dislikes :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack helped me slove implementing parallel testing on multiple browsers. This is helping me run different kinds of tests (Web, mobile and API) on CI platform.
BrowserStack made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user, I'm amazed at how user-friendly BrowserStack is - you literally just log in and start testing. The integration with our CI/CD pipeline was surprisingly smooth, and it plays nice with all our dev tools. Their support team is super responsive (saved me during a critical release!). The feature set is massive - from live testing and screenshots to automated Selenium tests, they've thought of everything. I especially love how I can instantly test on any device without maintaining a device lab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm facing some lag sometimes during busy hours when I'm trying to meet deadlines which is really frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has been a game-changer for us! Instead of juggling a bunch of devices and browsers (and bugging my coworkers to test on their phones), we can instantly test on any platform we need. It's saved us from those embarrassing moments when clients report bugs on browsers we didn't check.
The biggest win? We're catching those pesky browser-specific issues before they hit production. Plus, our remote team can easily collaborate on bug fixes - no more "works on my machine" debates! We've definitely saved thousands by not having to buy and maintain a device lab, and our release cycles are way faster now.
Bottom line: fewer support tickets about browser issues, more time actually building cool features, and I can finally sleep at night knowing our site works everywhere. Worth every penny for the peace of mind alone!

Simple to use. Sometimes overly simplistic in its feature set.

It's not overly complicated when using it for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we imported existing scripts into BrowserStack, all images were lost, which was a huge inconvenience.
It would be better for QA-dev communication if screenshots could be added to each step in test run results.
