Explored the tool to see how1 test different Mobile Application built on various phones .
What do you like best about the product?
App Live -covers a great variety of Phones models and OS version
-when new OS version & Device are launched the devices are available very quick.
App Automation - Give us option to use parallel threads so helps save lot of time .
- Gives us option to manage the licenses internally with less dependencies on others.
-Ease of intergation is easy for automation with SDK support for all major framework
Customer support is good able to share relevant links which can be used to understand feature .
Ease of implementaion becomes eaiser since lot of support links and information is available.
Frequency of use -used for every nightly builds or daily builds while doing integration testing .

What do you dislike about the product?
1.In Reports -Test reports are not able to download or shared to stakeholders .
2.Sometimes due to proxies set on office system the automation scripts are not working fine.
3.Report customisation is difficult to do with option not that properly aligned .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides all the tools at one place so helps to do functional and non functional testing at one place . Helps to create reports as summary and also techincal one so relevant people can use it .
Since all mobile related cloud devices are available .It does not need physical devices to test . Provides complete ecosystem of Testing reporting at single place with all the integration option available.

What do you like best about the product?
The cross browser testing is the most useful thing I have used along with the app testing for different devices but I am now interested in AI ad automation

Sometimes I have not had the quickest experiences with support or they do not fully understand issues.

Device testing saves a lot of money owning various devices and mainting them with updates etc

Even with high usage, BrowserStack is renowned for its dependability and steady performance.

Large-scale testing efforts may be slowed down unless you choose a more costly plan because of restrictions on the number of concurrent sessions or automation runs.

Addresses the challenge of testing on numerous real devices with different screen sizes, resolutions, and operating systems, especially in an era of rapid mobile device evolution.

Reports generations is one of the daily process that we used to get the reports from our platform and how easily our clients can access them online.We perform this test in addition to the daily execution to see how it affects our platform

What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with all the feature that Browserstack gives but in pricing is little high apart from this we get everything (Development, Automation, Performance, Security) in single place

We are unable to test the different android device and version we lack of this and haveing so much bug version vise now we got a solution in browser stack
BrowserStack is not suited for professional testing

Support team was very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list of available iPadOS versions was very limited and not extensive. You cannot see minor versions and patch versions until you start a session. Some bugs occur only in specific minor versions, not across the entire major version. Therefore, there should be an option for users to select iPadOS versions based on minor and patch release versions.
iPad apps running in AAC mode had no success launching on BrowserStack's "real" iPads. It appears that what BrowserStack offers is no better than what is already available in the Simulator from Xcode.
I found it hard to work on BrowserStack's devices as the text was very blurry, making it difficult to read. I'm not sure if automation tests will succeed with such blurred images. Also, pages on BrowserStack load very slow, even profile pages load slow and I have very fast internet.
In conclusion, you still need real physical devices. You will only be able to test a portion of cases on BrowserStack.

It lets you to preview web pages on most used devices. But the list of available devices and iPadOS version is very limitted.
Leverage Browserstack for better testing
What do you like best about the product?
We have set up a daily executions for the AccessibilityTesting, where in we are getting reports for our web pages and how they are accessible in the internet to the user.Along with the daily execution we run this test after every new deployments to test the impact on our application.
Apart from the automation of Accessibilty testing here we can manually run and check for any web page or url.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am quite happy with the Accessibility testing performance and feature of browserstack. Although, they can add more devices for the sceen reader launcher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We at our org level using Browserstack in many type of testing. Particularly, my team is involved in Accessibility testing of the products. We are using Browserstack to test the accessibility of our website and products. This eliminates the need to check manually on every browser that every thing is in working state or not.
