Amazing tool to increase QA productivity
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of integrations available across different known tools like confluence, jira, github which makes the overall ecosyatem kind of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different product seem to work dicreetly, for instance, while putting something to jira, if I need the developer logs , I need to refer to another tool, intra tool integration can be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is solving the problem related to QA testing, the pain point a lot of QEs have while testing applications across different browsers and/or devices. I have just used it for beta testing purpose and plan on introducing to my team here at the organization but right now only in exploration phase of it.
Streamlining Mobile Testing with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
At my present company, I first became aware of BrowserStack. We utilize it to execute automation scripts on a variety of mobile platforms, such as iOS and Android. It also facilitates manual testing on device with different screen sizes. I value the extensive feature set that BrowserStack offers and the ease with which my team can test our apps on several platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my development workflow, the use cases are a little bit constrained. Since we mostly rely on user agents to identify device capabilities and render device specific experience, Chrome DevTools is typically adequate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save a great deal of time by not having to maintain physical devices thanks to BrowserStack. With BrowserStack, we can quickly choose the device type, OS version, and browser and execute our application without worrying about problems like low battery life pr incompatibility with different OS versions.
Comprehensive Device Testing, But Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack very easy to set up and it's reliable too. There's a wide collection of devices available, including the latest iPhones, which is great. It updates very quickly, offering all the latest devices. Setup doesn't require any assistance, and their customer support team is very active in helping whenever there's a problem. I also like the intuitive design and user-friendliness, as well as the speed at which I can set everything up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some advanced features in BrowserStack, like Apple Pay testing, to be very costly. It's a pain point because there is a minimum requirement to purchase for a group or team, with no individual plan available. I think the cost should be reduced and it should be available for a single person, not just a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to avoid purchasing multiple devices for testing, allowing tests across different operating systems like Windows and Mac OS on a single platform.

At first, the variety of options offered by BrowserStack may seem daunting, and it will take some time to completely comprehend and utilize them.

Its safe local testing features make it easier to find bugs before production by streamlining the testing of websites and apps hosted in local or staging environments.

Comprehensive Web and Mobile Testing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the breadth of features that BrowserStack offers and how it allows my team to easily test our applications across a variety of platforms. The comprehensive suite of tools offered by BrowserStack enable us to maintain our high bar of quality without needing to maintain a wide variety of actual physical hardware. Additionally the fact that BrowserStack supports industry standards for automation like Appium is great for ensuring that we're not locked into a vendor specific framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of access to beta mobile OS releases is the only issue I currently have. We're running into users that are right on the bleeding edge of mobile OS's and with the recently increased security, we're starting to test on the public beta mobile OS releases, but are having to do this on our own physical devices due to the lack of beta OS support on the BrowserStack devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to test our software on a wide variety of mobile devices (and to a lesser extent, test the web application on a variety of browsers) and BrowserStack enables us to do that without needing to invest a large amount of capital on devices that will quickly age into obsolence.

Supports all devices and browsers , this tool has made our life much easier. Earlier we use to face so hard time with UC browser but this tool has all.
2.No setup required - Another best thing about browerstack is you just login and start your testing. UI is user friendly and easily understandable.
3.Our organization has integrated it with Jenkins and Git so we can create a build and track the snapshots
4.Amazing support -Very knowledgable people to support you in case of any issues.
5. Multiple people can use at same time - We are involved in collaborative testing and we are using it in nearly all our clients whenever we change the build or add a new feature or say for any CC we do.

1. Sometimes some specific versions are not there which cause delays. One such use cases we faced where client raised the concern that he is not able to use the app in oneplus 7t and we didn't find oneplus7t at that time under Oneplus tab
2.Sometimes we have faced slowness when we have heavy web applications but it is managable.
3. We sometimes face problem when we test for logins, we have 2FA nearly in all clients and most of the time we need to disable because we can't bypass it. If we can bypass it would be more convinient for us

1. No need of devices - We use it to test all browsers and recent mobile versions which is easily available here.
2. Collaborative Testing - We finish our work fast by nearly testing 3-4 browers at same time.

Best for testing and management
What do you like best about the product?
Here apart from testing on various devices we can now manage our test case in the same dashboard which makes very easier for testing team to test and manage the test case in the same place.
Earlier we use to do the test case management in Azure DevOps but believe me in Browserstack it is way more easier and productive that any other tool in the market

Generating test cases via AI still needs improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we use to write and manage our test case in Azure DevOps Test Plan feature.But there our tea was struggling with the management of test cases/plans. It was was more difficult to bulk import the Test Cases. Browerstack made it easier for our to manage and test the test cases in the same place.
