Cross browser test automation
What do you like best about the product?
It has a clear and clean UI/UX and is easy to integrate with Cypress and GHA. I like how easily you can see the test execution results and reports. I find the App Live helpful in testing cross-browser and cross-region features, such as GDPR compliance or testing behavior in specific devices/locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a new Cypress version is released, Browserstack takes quite a long time to support it—we're talking months.
Their documentation is hard to find and navigate, for example, how to allow incoming traffic from BS through your firewall/network protection tools for low environments.

Helpful Features and Seamless Testing with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
Many of the capabilities that BrowserStack provides are really beneficiel to me personally. I am able to assess intricate real time features like payments and OTP authentication while testing on several devices simultaneously. I can use a variety of desktop and mobile browsers, so I don't have to bother about handling actual devices or upkeep.
What do you dislike about the product?
The responsivenes of the screen can occasionally lag due to BrowserStack is slowness. The experience of working with supercomputer differs from that utilizing BrowserStack, and customer service is little bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to BrowserStack's test flight capabilities, we no longer have to install APK files each time. The BrowserStack dashboard is all we need now, eliminating the need to switch between several physical devices.

Sometimes there is a delay on powering up older devices

We had concerns some pages were not being viewed correctly on some browsers and devices as well as potential geography concerns, bowerstack solves this issue for us by allowing multiple testing from multiple team members to take place.

A great tool for evaluation a website's responsiveness is BrowserStack and provide best customer services. It gives you the option to select from a variety of devices to test how your website works on various screen sizes and guarantees that its functionality is unaffected.

The slowness of BrowserStack during busy periods and the comparitely high cost of its premium services are two drawbacks.

It's local testing features offer a secure setting that facilitates finding errors before to production. Testing apps and websites hosted in local or staging environments is made easier as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with Firebase, TestFlight and App Center makes testing very easy. I can easily choose the source of the application, test it on different systems, browsers and devices. One of the best advantages is DevConsole, also for testing mobile devices - no more problems finding logs, screenshots or recordings. I also use the screen recording and GPS emulator on a daily basis. Automatic accessibility testing is also a plus. There are many features, such as Percy, test automation and even test management.
It was my first time using Browserstack but its intuitve and user friendly, with plenty of documentation if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack tends to lag when I use LiveApp to test an app via TestFlight, making it difficult to determine whether it's a problem with the app itself or the device emulator.

1. Sometimes virtual device testing becomes laggy, so need to restart the device every time and then re run the test.
2. Pricing is bit higher for smaller team or for an individual tester.

BrowserStack provides feature for multiple real devices which is an important feature for all work from home folks. We can run multiple test events at the same time on many devices, which saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack's wide range of testing tools made it easy to streamline our entire testing process under one roof. We use the Accessibility Testing toolkit in our organization to identify and resolve accessibility issues during development. It's very easy to onboard and integrate into our existing testing pipeline. And now we're exploring its visual testing tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack's Accessibility Toolkit, being their new toolkit, has some issues related to automation, but their team is very proactive in resolving the issues.
