What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack impressed me with its forward-looking integration of 20+ AI agents into its feature set. During the session, I could clearly see how these agents evolve testing workflows beyond just automation—enabling intelligent debugging, faster root cause analysis, and even predictive test coverage. I really liked how BrowserStack positions itself not just as a cross-browser testing tool but as an AI-augmented platform that learns and adapts, helping teams release with more confidence and speed.
The scalability and cloud-first approach stood out as well. Being able to test across thousands of devices, browsers, and operating systems without the hassle of setup is already a huge benefit, but the AI enhancements—like smart failure grouping and actionable insights—push productivity to the next level.

What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack’s roadmap is impressive, the AI features are still evolving. Some advanced insights and automation capabilities discussed in the session felt a bit early-stage and may require refinement before they become production-ready.
Another challenge is the pricing model. For startups or smaller teams, the cost of accessing advanced AI-powered features might be a barrier. If BrowserStack can introduce more flexible pricing tiers or trial access for the AI modules, it would make adoption much smoother.

BrowserStack solves the complexity of cross-browser and cross-device testing. Instead of maintaining an in-house lab of physical devices and browsers—which is expensive, time-consuming, and hard to scale—BrowserStack provides instant access to thousands of real environments in the cloud.
The integration of AI-driven agents adds even more value by reducing repetitive debugging tasks, grouping failures intelligently, and offering predictive insights into potential problem areas. This helps my team ship faster, with higher confidence, and fewer regressions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy accessible and implementation on all devices, helped me alot to reproduce the issue on lower version devices. Generally we face video upload issue and these is caused device specific, it is easier to troubleshoot on Browserstack.

As such none, I have found. Lovely Product.

For our company, it helps in resolving issues which are device specific. Some issues occured due to browser engine, which we are able to reproduce because of Browserstack with specific browser versions.

Good Support, but Complex Setup and Lacks Security Testing
What do you like best about the product?
I find the UI of BrowserStack very appealing and easy to navigate. The support team is active and energetic, providing quick responses and helpful demos for any issues or solutions I encounter. Additionally, the performance of BrowserStack is impressive, particularly in terms of processing time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process for BrowserStack to be challenging. Uploading the mobile build and obtaining the app ID was particularly difficult. Additionally, I realized that to get the app ID necessary for mobile testing, I need to subscribe to the process tech automation, which isn't ideal. Furthermore, I believe that security testing is a crucial area where BrowserStack is lacking and should be incorporated into the platform.

I use BrowserStack for mobile testing, which helps identify elements on iOS and Android easily and execute scenarios on various devices efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Browser Stack offers a robust Testing Infrastructure, Very handy, and supports multiple devices, which made my cross-browser tests way easier and significantly made my work easier and faster. Switching to multiple devices is easier and develops nearly the same results as a real device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the local testing feature a bit Unreliable for me as connectivity has been troublesome, which could be a case with my organisation's infrastructure too.
Furthermore, A Slight impact on the interface responsiveness can also be observed, but to me, that is not critical.

I am primarily using it for daily cross-browser testing as a developer. It helps me to test all my components and their behavior across multiple devices and different settings. This capability proves to be enhancing my productivity, saving my time, and efficiently helping me cover the edge cases early.
