Promising AI Integration with refreshing perspective on AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the understanding of AI as a bootstrapping tool, in contrast to a replacement of human intelligence. BrowserStack's AI Agents integrate well with their portfolio and offer help in very confined use cases. In my opinion, this is a better approach than for example Xray AI. They assume that AI can generate entire test cases with minimal user interaction or correction. BrowserStack's presentation reassured me that they do not follow this naive approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the features are still unavailable. I really hope this is not vaporware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making test management manageable and integrating the different components of test management in a suite
Boosting Mobile App Testing Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack App Live lets me test our mobile applications on real devices without any setup hassle. The wide range of devices and OS versions helps ensure perfect coverage. I love how responsive and stable the sessions are, and the ability to test app builds instantly, no waiting, no emulators, just real results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, session lags occur during heavy traffic, and large app uploads can take a bit longer. Also, advanced debugging options like network logs could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack App Live eliminates the need to maintain physical device labs and enables instant access to real devices for testing. It helps catch platform-specific issues early, improves release confidence, and significantly reduces QA turnaround time. It’s a lifesaver for validating app performance across multiple OS and device combinations.
Reliable and caring platform for large-scale mobile testing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how easy it makes testing across so many real devices and browsers. We can run tons of automated tests in parallel without having to care about setup or maintenance — it just works. The stability is great, and the integration with our CI pipelines saves a lot of time. It’s one of those tools that quietly does its job and keeps things running smoothly, which I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes device sessions take a bit to start, and every once in a while the local tunnel acts up. Nothing dramatic, but when it happens you feel it. I also wish the dashboard gave a bit more flexibility when reviewing sessions. Still, overall it’s a solid and reliable service that makes testing life much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us test on real devices and browsers without dealing with setup or maintenance. We catch issues earlier, speed up releases, and trust that everything works for real users. It saves a lot of time and keeps our focus on building, not fixing test environments.
Decent, perhaps a bit pricey
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a fantastic platform for engineers and directors like myself who need to validate applications across a diverse range of environments. I especially appreciate how simple it is to quickly launch real devices and browsers, eliminating the need to maintain a physical device lab and resulting in significant time and cost savings. The selection of available options is impressive—you can test on various operating systems, browser versions, and mobile devices with just a few clicks. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to get started with testing right away. I also value the fast device loading times and the reliability of the sessions, as this reduces downtime and allows me to focus more on analyzing test results. For teams that don’t have access to every possible device or OS combination, BrowserStack truly enables comprehensive cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation I’ve observed is the absence of built-in tools for simulating various network conditions or adjusting loading speeds. Although BrowserStack provides excellent access to a broad range of browsers and devices, the ability to test how a page performs on slower connections, such as 3G or unreliable Wi-Fi, would be extremely valuable. This feature would help determine if users can remain engaged and if the application stays functional when network conditions are less than ideal. Currently, it’s necessary to depend on external tools or workarounds for this type of performance testing, which leaves a noticeable gap in an otherwise comprehensive platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of cross-browser and cross-device testing without the need for us to maintain an in-house device lab. Previously, we would either have to purchase and manage a wide range of physical devices or accept the risk of not fully testing our applications across all environments. With BrowserStack, we can instantly access the combinations we need, which saves both time and significant costs. It also helps ensure that our applications are accessible and function consistently for all users, regardless of device or browser. This gives us greater confidence in the quality of our releases and reduces the likelihood of customer-reported issues. The platform has effectively streamlined our testing process, freed up engineering resources, and allowed us to focus more on improving features rather than troubleshooting environment-specific bugs.

As a new QA in a small startup, I do not have access to many real devices or browsers, however, BrowserStack provides real devices and browsers in the cloud for me to test multiple websites for UI layout issues, responsiveness, as well functionality on different devices, all with zero setup.
BrowserStack is saving time in finding bugs before they are an issue, like layout breaking, non-responsive buttons, and font inconsistencies. It is also a great place to validate designs and provide visual feedback with screenshots. Overall, it has improved the quality of my testing and made me feel more confident when reporting bugs, helping in increasing my presence in the organization.
