Very Useful Tool for Developing Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
Browser Stack makes it quite simple to develop and test visuals across a variety of platforms, including different web and mobile browsers. In the past we had to manually test via each browser (which took time). This tool helps speed up development efforts & streamline our release process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't received any complaints from our developers who have been using BrowserStack now for a couple of years or more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had to manually test our internally-developed chat window on each browser (Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and iOS/Android) which took time -- and several devices. This speeds things up and makes development much more simple.
Great device farm with a good documentation for Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using BrowserStack for Tosca Mobile Automation Testing and OpenSource (Selenium and Playwright) as well. BrowserStack provides a good documentation for all types of Testing Tools and Frameworks (including all the programming languages supported for the respective frameworks).
With support from BrowserStack team, we were able to complete the POCs for our 'Application Under Test' and able to proceed with best choice of tool for Automation Testing.
BrowserStack UI is convenient to use and easier to track the older execution builds.
Interactive session mode is one of my favorite features while scanning the application via Tosca XScan as it makes the page navigation easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are currently using BrowserStack Automate and haven't found anything to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required Mobile Devices of multiple models for Mobile Web App testing. With BrowserStack, we are able to access the physical devices on cloud and perform Automation Testing.
Overall experience is good , we are using browserstack for cross browser platform testing.
What do you like best about the product?
Feature wise and cross browser platform testing including performance is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be improved, we faced issue with new and old version while implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross browser platform testing and regional based performance testing
Low code is very easy to manage and understand
What do you like best about the product?
Easy work flow to record and run test cases
What do you dislike about the product?
adding java scripts where the flow is not working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in maintaining low code automation and and regression test management
Browserstack - Great for Mobile App Testing on Desktop!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most is being able to easily switch from different model phones, but also being able to switch to different OS versions. We've always struggled with testing those conditions until we switched to Browserstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much I dislike. If anything, I just wish there were a desktop application for it, so while I'm working my issues, I could more readily get to Browserstack to test it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was having users with a whole spectrum of mobile devices and OS configurations, and trying to recreate issues with our mobile app that seemed to only happen for certain devices. Browserstack has revolutionized how we test mobile apps. It's so easy to switch from different OS and different mobile devices.
Assistek Testing with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
Browser stack allows us to test our application on real devices in a live setting. Our application relies on some core features in the iOS and Anroid OS and to truly test we need to use real devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI was a little confusing, and we had difficulties getting the appstore logged in on iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining how the responsive display of the application works on as many different device types and sizes as possible.
Browserstack : Only the name is enough
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite tool is Live testing. I can really test on devices that i dont have access to normally and i know 95% the time that i can believe in those virtual devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its the cost for me. If you need something less than 50 users, it is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I check my builds on different devices with Live testing and it is helping me alot. Since i cant have all the devices and its very costly to have physical device.
Browserstack helps me with that.
Browserstack helps me with that.
Great tool for responsive and real device testing
What do you like best about the product?
I dont have to set my different devices for testing my application behavior on real devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and limited number of licenses. Frequency of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting AA certification for our website
Simple and smooth testing
What do you like best about the product?
As a Mac user using the platform to test and optimize for has never been easier. The multiple versions of browsers and OS makes it if there’s an issue reported. I can easily replicate it and fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if cookies/sessions could transfer between browsers on the same OS?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform compatibility and optimization
Reliable cross-browser testing made simple
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes cross-browser and cross-device testing incredibly seamless. I can quickly test responsive design, legacy browser compatibility, and device-specific quirks without the hassle of maintaining an in-house device lab. It’s particularly valuable in fast-paced digital projects where time and accuracy matter. The platform feels intuitive, and real device testing provides confidence that what we ship will work for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core features are solid, I occasionally find that session performance can lag slightly when testing older mobile devices, and automated test set-up can take a little while to get used to without strong documentation. A few more integrations with project management tools would also be helpful. That said, these are minor compared to the overall value it brings.
A few things to consider in your review (you may reference these explicitly or weave them into the text):
Ease of Use: Very easy for manual testers and QA teams to get up and running
Ease of Implementation: Straightforward; required minimal onboarding
Customer Support: Responsive, though usually only needed for rare technical hiccups
Frequency of Use: Weekly use in a project management capacity to support front-end teams
Number of Features: Covers all essential test cases across browsers, devices, and operating systems
Ease of Integration: Works well with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack eliminates the need to maintain an in-house suite of physical devices or set up complex virtual testing environments. As a technical project manager working across multiple digital products, I rely on BrowserStack to give teams quick access to a wide range of browsers and devices, ensuring a consistent experience for users regardless of their platform. It’s helped reduce post-release issues, increased stakeholder confidence, and sped up our testing cycles considerably.
