What do you like best about the product?
It allowed me to perform individual tests on the different web pages and applications that I had to develop, which is very useful especially if we consider the visual appeal, which is the fundamental element in any website, it commonly happened to me that everything was I could see perfectly from my computer, but when I migrated to another device everything was distorted, with BrowserStack I no longer have to worry about that, since it is responsible for emulating the operation of our page developed in different browsers, thus allowing us to improve the details that we get after completion of testing. Besides, its interface is very well designed, which makes it very easy and simple to use. Another notable aspect is the fact that when I carry out the test myself from my computer, the reliability and effectiveness of the tests carried out through this system increases even more, since I do not depend on the opinion of third parties for it.

Response times from the technical support team can be somewhat slow. If the internet quality is slow, the performance of the system may be affected.

As a front-end website developer, my main concern is to maintain the visual appeal of the page at all times and that was difficult to ensure due to the large number of browsers and existing devices in which a user can access the site. website, after hearing about BrowserStack I found it interesting to give it a try and I decided to use it to test the functionality of my developments in different devices and browsers and I got the solution to a problem I had had for a long time, thanks to this system I am now able to test automatically my code and see if the functionality is adequate or not for all devices, which allows me to improve the development if it deserves it or to further optimize the platform that I am designing, this tool was of great help for me and my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to instantly check out your website while running different desk/mobile environments. When building custom applications I feel like people do not check browser compatibility which can be an easy win for conversion rate optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that I do not use it often. Not the fault of the service but I feel like you have sporadic use of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing cart and other usability design across browsers. We found some coding issues on some older browsers which allowed us to implement fixes as well as pop up warnings for users to upgrade their browsers to more up to date versions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look to see if you need it year round or maybe if you just need to do annual audits of your code.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a simply amazing platform packed with unique and intuitive features and functions that make it stand out from other software competitors. This platform has allowed me on countless occasions to test the development of any website or application that we control on multiple devices and browsers to verify the timely correction of any error that may occur in the code. One of the features that I like the most about this software is its interface that is so pleasing to the eye that it makes it easy to configure and easy to use, it is also possible to access it from wherever it is necessary, either from my mobile devices or from my PC, on the other hand, the reports they require are very complete, allowing us to see where the error was and what we must change, and last but not least, the planes and services are very affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general terms, the software works excellently and up to the moment met all my expectations, adapting perfectly to my needs, so I do not have anything negative to delimit about this software. While true, it can get a little slow at times (which is frustrating when you need to try a trivial change) and it can also unplug unexpectedly, I think it's something that already depends on internet speeds.

I think it's the most expensive product in its field, that alone is no problem, as long as the product is also the best, but in fact, I think it's the worst.
I took the 'freelancer pack' - 100 minutes for $20, it worked okay when testing but you don't get to do a video or screenshot with this plan (WHY?) but after I finished testing and closed the tab, it continued counting minutes, so I lost maybe half of my so expensive minutes on nothing.
Reaching to the support didn't help. they kept arguing with me and sending usage reports, claimed I was actually lying.
Short research would have saved me all this trouble, there are a few much cheaper and much better services.

Browserstack is a great tool that allows me to do tests regarding all my applications and even my web pages, all this quickly and easily. I like the way it adapts to my works system, it is a practical tool with quite complete tools. It is possible to access it from where I need it, either from my mobile devices, various web browsers or the operating system that I am using at the moment, this has provided me and my work team with job stability and accesibility never seen before. I like how simple it is to use it and handle each of its tools, its interface contributes to the simple work that indoubtedly makes the whole process much lighter. Its four main products cover all the functions necessary to develop a test process excellently, safely and in real time. On the other hand I like the idea of being able to use IP change to test my applications in different regions where I need to distribute them, this provides me with a high sales reach. I like the idea if preparing reports that show in detail what happened in the tests of the applications in this way I can understand how it works, if there was any failure or if the system works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with its complete tools, and with its active functionalities, the software is still a bit slow, perhaps handling so many processes together in a single system does not end up fully coupled. Although these tools are quite complete, it fails a bit in being intuitive, it does not perform functions by development but by personal configuration, I have to specify every aspect whener I need to perform a test, this does not speed up the work and even sometimes it can be a bit heavy for my daily work.

Since I started using Browserstack, many of our web development functions have benefited , it is now much easier to be able to do our job with a tool that allows me to do everything form your system. Sometimes, once I loaded the site, I have found some trouble with their phone consoles crashing. Even though the tracker role feature is very useful, since you can capture snapshots of a particular browser, it often runs a little slow.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is great for cross browser testing. It supports all the major browsers and their latest version. It also offers the ability to do local testing with the network sharing feature, which allows developers to test their work on different browsers using the local development environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve found that Browserstack can be flakey when it reaches the maximum number of running nodes. Also, the error thrown in that case is not really indicative of the problem, and it can be rather confusing (typical error in this case is the “Connection refused. Is selenium server started?”)
