Wonderful tool for testers!!
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack Offers multiple products, but we mainly use the Live product. The things we like about Live.
It offers an extensive range of Operating systems and browser combinations.
It would be difficult for a small company like us to test on a wide range of devices without such services.
The debug tools offered for mobile browsers are very handy, making our life easy for debugging issues.
You can test the sites in different locations, one of the features we use daily. Helpful when you have to test geo-restricted sites.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, a few things to bring it.
Sometimes it gets difficult to browser on some browser + OS combination, like launching them or scrolling through the pages.
A few things like uploading pdfs, and docs are missing on mobiles. These are needed to test some of the applications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a SaaS platform that provides mobile, web app and automation testing.
Cross-browser/platform testing is a big challenge for all companies, especially smaller ones that don't have the funds to invest in various devices. Browserstack solves this problem, where you get to test on a plethora of devices in one place.

Browserstack is an essential tool for testing modern web & mobile applications
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack's local executable for testing assets behind a corporate firewall is one of my favorite features. This feature alone puts Browserstack far ahead of its competitors. It allows teams to quickly get up and running when manually testing against staging servers and running test automation on a CI/CD server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Browserstack's tools that I currently dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows our teams to test our mobile application on thousands of Android and iOS devices without owning or maintaining any of them.
It is an intuitive platform that gives us a great user experience

Each new mobile device with different operating systems is available shortly after it hits the market.

The plans could be unified instead of separating between mobile and desktop application testing.

BrowserStack gives my teams an ability to verify a mobile app or a web app on a multi-device, multi-OS, browser without spending time on bringing up the infrastructure or thinking about maintenance

Nothing to dislike but every product can improve. So access to more analytics will help

Ability to test on multiple forms and factors. It's helping us to release our applications with confidence that they will work in hands of the end consumer

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this software for more than five years, and according to the use I have given it, I consider it one of the best software, and the things that I like the most are the following:
1. The web and device versions are the same; both are very good and have the same functions; therefore, I can use this application on the device of my choice and anywhere, and it does not limit me in anything.
2. It has full coverage, Live, Automate, SpeedLabs, Percy and even more. With this, I can generate sales in different areas; in addition, the products mentioned above help to facilitate sales and make them materialize faster.
3. It has a geographical location that seems very important to me because that way, I can know in which places I generate more sales and, therefore, focus the advertisements in that place.
4. Browserstack offers many features that help make your job easier, plus it's well priced. With this software, you can also use it for trial or do a simulation to find out how this type of software you can also use it for practice or do a simulation to find out how this type of software is managed. Still, you will like it so much that you will have no choice but to obtain it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's time to update the products of this software, especially to SpeedLabs and thus put the full performance of Browserstack to the test. There are certain products where it limits you, but I don't need it in the sales part, perhaps for those who work with personnel, as it is in the human resources area, it will be a bit difficult for them. It does not have an information panel; this is necessary for software of this type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this software, you can generate tests of all kinds to make an experiment on your business and thus know what the pros and cons of it are. This software helps you understand what you can improve and avoid in your business to succeed. You can become familiar and confident with the project and try all the features it offers you to see it from different points of view. The tests are supervised from the beginning to the end; you can generate an analysis of each stage to distinguish the area in which you want to focus the project.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I have to drop existing browser connection and move to another, there is a slight delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack has helped us in our plugin tests, when dealing with third-party integrations with our applications browserstack eliminates the need of setting up virtual environments to test every possible browser combination

I would say sometimes they have few slow machines, but overall a great experience, I am using it for 6+ years now

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has everything that is needed to maintain the highest QA standards. Easy to plug in with project management tools. Variety of features to support a wide range of functionalities, for example, country-specific testing, support security features needed for intranet applications. Be it a website or an app, Browserstack supports it all. Customer Support is also very excellent and prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see some improvements on the visual testing Percy feature. Would like to see if Percy can support the layout definition for each component against which it can be validated, instead of the previous snapshot. It would also be interesting to see if Browserstack can develop a core web vitals validation feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps in standardization of processes, both manual and Automation. We use Browserstack Live and Automate feature to do Cross browser testing on desktop & mobile.
A tool to make cross-browser testing a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it so easy to get up and running. Once set up, they provide thousands of devices and browsers to use to make cross-browser testing an absolute breeze. The documentation is fantastic and makes it very easy to quickly get started and execute a test using their tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack isn't as quick at running UI tests as compared to some of the newer cross-browser testing tools.
BrowserStack doesn't provide a way (or at least I couldn't see a way) to be able to see and manage all the active tunnels running locally on a developers machine. This would be useful to see how many people are currently running tests using BrowserStack from their local development machine and to manage those connections.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack makes 3000+ real devices and browsers available to its users. It would be impossible without BrowserStack to be able to gain access to these browsers so easily to carry out testing.

It was very easy to start and understand how the cross-browser testing works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe, I would like to have more access to the sensors of the phone but I understand that isn't possible.
