Best cross browser and cross mobile app testing platform
What do you like best about the product?
It has very good documentation of how to use the tool along with code samples. It integrates well with testing frameworks and you can see live recording of test execution and excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Showing passed/failed is not integrated well into the test execution. May be more samples around the ci/cd integration missing. Recorded videos would help setting up appium projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main benefit is cross browser testing of web and mobile apps. It supports majority of testing frameworks and requires less code to run across browsers. Configuration is simple and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most user-friendly and best platform to do testing in cross browsers with different OS. The platform community is huge as compared to others product. This is awesome, and I just love this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve on Developer tools for element locator. It is a more cost-effective product. There are different licenses for packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my office, we need both multiple types of ios and android devices to do automation testing. This product makes it easy for that instead of buying different devices.

The speed of the browsers could be faster, especially when trying to use the inspector tools

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Browserstack over other similar offerings because of the availability of public mobile devices. Many solutions recommended private options that did not fit our model where we wanted a public option so we did not have to purchase the wide variety of devices we support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any significant concerns or issues with Browserstack. Periodically, we may want an increase in the number of specific devices in their upper tiers to run our regression tests against our most popular devices. Browserstack usually catches up in a month or so, so that issue is mostly short-term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack helps us reduce spending on mobile devices used for testing and troubleshooting. Our users use a wide variety of devices and we must be able to bring up different device classes to match their experiences and verify our products are working in other conditions. Browserstack also allows us to share access to test devices with our remote employees without paying and storing those devices locally.

Easy to use, well defined documentation, all types of os with different versions, easy to integrate with existing framework, easy to host in company network using tunnels

What do you like best about the product?
this tool saves my time while reporting bugs and also all the details are there so it is easy to debug from the developer's side, it is very helpful and also has the feature of video screen recording thats is good.

No big issue just it takes time while dealing with big file size and waiting for a video to load.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to use different devices in virtual mode and easy to upload the builds and test them without any issues.

Browser stack yet sometimes is too slow and have to wait for it load and start testing. It would be good if its a bit faster

No need of having multiple physical devices. Carrying multiple devices to different location bothers me. Because of Browser stack this problem is solved.

Browserstack supports almost all the real devices and browsers which is too expensive for any organization to maintain on its own. Along with this the team which works at Browserstack is awesome, which regular keeps in touch with community and user feedback to provide seemless testing solution. Along with vast variety of devices and integration, Browserstack also owns Percy, which is a great tool for Visual testing, which helps a lot for identifying any Visual changes in Continuous Integration and Testing

Browserstack has not given any such features to dislike so far.

Browserstack is solving real time challenges of cross device and cross browser testing along with Visual testing tool integration. Browserstack cloud is also responsive and powerful meaning you will get faster feedback with very less time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using web automate and app-automate feature of BrowserStack for almost 2 years now and the overall experience so far has been great and satisfying.
I particularly like the device coverage and UI experience that they provide over other cloud platforms.
Test debugging section provides device, network as well as visual/video logs which are really helpful.
Their support is very prompt and you will receive quick solutions to any issue you might encounter.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the device coverage is better than other platforms it can be further improved by including Devices that have latest beta versions of Android and iOS as and when they are rolled out(the way they have it for browsers).
I have seen a delay in device logs while using app live feature this can be improved.

Achieving Continuous Integration of cross browser/platform/devices tests is very challenging and BrowserStack provides a great solution in this space.
They have recently launched biometric support feature in mobile testing which is working seamlessly for us.
