What do you like best about the product?
I have been using BrowserStack for the past 6 months for mobile testing and I feel it's one of the best.
The set of mobile in their repo is awesome, I have used most of them and it helps me with the device testing coverage.
The automation support on multiple simultaneous runs is very good and easy. I guess they are the leader in this segment when we compare with other products in this line.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their overall support is good but they take a while to figure out our problem and respond.
In my current windows, I felt lagging but there is a chance that it is my network or system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Few times the mobile devices are too slow to interact with and some features which are working locally won't work on BrowserStack devices and we have to contact support every time to get it fixed we had done this exercise many times, and they don't have a live support chat or something like that, we have to email.

Most of the features are perfectly catered to us and few of the features which I didn't find in browser stack

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most important and common problem for any mobile app and web app is validating the product in multiple device at lesser time.

Best Device Farm for QA
What do you like best about the product?
The base product itself is so good
In top of it they give on adding new new feature such as app live, Percy etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems good to in browserstack. Taking selfie and QR code scanner is not present if that is being added will help a lot when any QA is doing testing for KYC FLOW

One of the major problem that browserstack solves is multiple device coverage when any organization need multiple device coverage for QA first option they select is browserstack
For the short time that I was using Browserstack, I can only describe it with the best platform.

I very like the app live application testing, It was very helpful throughout my Mobile app development journey. Even tho I faced some slow-down during testing in some of the devices but it was the best Experience.

Browserstack is solving a big problem which is being able to test applications on many devices, and integrations. And that really benefits me because I no longer will be struggling to test my mobile applications through my phone.
Browserstack has all the required tools and services which any developer will need.

Automation, and real time device testing are the main features that I like the most in BrowserStack.

The pricing is too high for individual developers and small organizations.

Plenty of devices to choose from. Instant access to mobile browsers.

Free trial is relatively limited. Would be better if trial would have more minutes.

We do not need to have multiple devices to test website for multiple resolutions.
Saves you in case you do not have physical device with you.

Browserstack saves the day everytime for me. I am a Tester and need various mobile devices to test my features. Unfortunately i do not have all the devices required for testing and that's where browserstack comes into picture.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly i do not find any issues in the way i use browserstack apart from the bandwidth that it takes and when not provided, it works a bit slow.. sometimes i need to perform testing on mobile network and that's where most of my time is spent in waiting for it to respond properly.

Browserstack is providing a potent way to perform your mobile related tasks on your laptops. It is helping every group of individuals right from students to professionals.
As i stated earlier, i have used it both as a student for fun and as a s/w professional to complete my work related tasks.

Browserstack is the go to place for all the responsive testing needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The experience Browserstack brings is the best thing. From the older devices to the latest devices, browserstack has it all. It is convenient and easy to use. When compared with other simulators, I found browserstack the best because of the quick responses and real time experience.

-Sometimes, few devices does not load properly and I have to reload the browserstack again and again.
-The copy paste feature does not always work on the devices.
-There is no option to save username and password and I have to manually enter the username and password everytime I test something on different devices.

-With the help of browser stack I can easily test the websites on various mobile devices, be it android or iOs, it's all there.
