Easy to use, easy to automate
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to test on real devices, and a lot of versions for mobile stuff
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no easy way to change developer options on mobile devices; I tried it several times, so you need to find a roundabout way to say ... give information on what you are clicking or what step you are in at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check with actual device tests and several OS versions so we don't need to have all of the devices locally for automation and local testing.

As a new user, my experience with BrowserStack has been positive and user-friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I particularly like about BrowserStack is the ability to quickly and easily test my website or application across a wide range of browsers, operating systems, and devices, which helps me ensure that my product works well for all users. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, and I appreciate the helpful documentation and support resources available. Additionally, the speed and reliability of the platform make it a valuable tool in my testing and development workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't encountered any major issues or downsides with BrowserStack in my experience so far. There have been some minor glitches or occasional delays in launching certain devices or browsers, but these have been infrequent and quickly resolved. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the platform and its performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, I use BrowserStack primarily for testing and debugging web development projects for school assignments and personal projects. I find it very helpful for ensuring that my code works well on various browsers and devices, and for identifying and addressing any compatibility issues. Additionally, the platform's ability to simulate network conditions and test local development environments has been particularly useful in my coursework.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced the below issues many times
Safari Browser (Web)
-> During File Upload, Web Page Credential Enter, Copy - Paste, it's not working as expected.
-> Some times Window screen gets maximized, and the last solution for me is to end the session (During a long time working, it is happening)
-> Most crucial issue :- As my website is available in all the region with different parameters, let's say for the US (US site), For China (China Site)
If i change my location in BrowserStack to US, still i am seeing my site in CHINA version, and it is not limited with US happening in Dutch, French... and a lot of my websites too and for that i need to use other cloud solutions such as Lambda Test.

It is having a credential entering issue from site to site.

Server Calls Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Its very helpful while testing Server Calls for Mobile Applications. We use Broswer stack on daily basis to test the Analytics server, it help us alot while doing contiunes testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the User Interface gives issue like Network tab or Device Crashing while opening the mbile device in the Latest Operating Version for Android or iOS device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us to solve the real device issue, through broswer stack we can access mutliple real device without holding them personally. It also help us to record the session.
The most helpful, feature-rich, and easy to use testing software
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that so many devices are available is extremely useful when it comes to visual & functional QA testing. We use it every day for every minor & major update before pushing it to production.
In addition to being able to test the majority of devices, the great thing about is that it's also possible to easily test forms, and uploads (sample files provided by BrowserStack for each device). One of the greatest features, in my opinion, was the BrowserStack Local. Some of the websites that are based on CloudFlare often block access through BrowserStack, and by using the Local with Force Local Network we're able to bypass this and test with peace of mind.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Force Local Network does not work. I've experienced this with one or two (out of a dozen projects) where CloudFlare keeps blocking it and it works when I test via my own browser.
One way or another, this is not something I particularly dislike - it's being blocked by an external CDN. However, if you can check this out, it would be great. Not a high priority as BS Local & Force Local Network work fine 99% of the time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us test every piece of every update we do on all of our projects (websites, apps) which eliminates the post-push errors and reduces the end-feedback from the client.
Outstanding experience for beginners in automation testing
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this web app is that it helps me test for learning purposes. I was able to try my automation scripts and clear my interview. This helped me learn faster as I was able to do hands-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be better integration with other solutions, such as JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my functional testing. I was able to learn from this while preparing for my interviews. So even as a beginner this web app helped develop my skills as I was able to learn through hand-on lab on this.

Browserstack is easy to use and has all environments and devices available to test

Browserstack is easy. Just when using IE browser, it hangs sometimes.

I love the fact that I can easily test my application on various devices simultaneously and with ease. Also, it's easy to connect to my local application and test across various devices in real-time.

BrowserStack allows me to test my application end to end on various real devices which I dont have access to while working with a small team at very nominal rates. It also helps me in automation testing.
Easy Fast & Reliable to use
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack team is habitually taking user feedback and adding the features it to their next release. So far, I have interacted with them two times, and they have taken the feedback seriously and made the changes as asked.

So far nothing they understand what a user needs and they are good at fulfilling them

It gets me all the devices in one place, which is quite useful when one is working from home and there are no devices available for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of a variety of devices. Ease of using App live and App automate. I have been using Browser stack for 1 Year, and It's simply superb. I don't have to wait for a physical device to test. Instead, I can use BS with various devices with multiple support versions. And one more thing I love about App automate is its integration, which made my QA testing easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike in browser stack App Live is the slowness of the device while testing, and it happens only with Android but not iOS. Another thing is sometimes I do not see logs on the right side in the App Live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser Stack helped me in testing software mobile applications on different devices. Coming to my project work, I need to test a mobile app in Android, iOS, Android TAB, iPad and in different devices and versions available in the market. So the company or I cannot afford all the devices with different versions to the employees. Browser Stack solved this problem in the IT industry by bringing one platform for App Live and App Automate to all users.
Coming to me, It is beneficial for me in how I deliver the Quality software/product to the End users after testing it on the Browser Stack.
