What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has a variety of pricing plans, such as free plans for smaller businesses making it more affordable for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to get into. I initially struggled using BrowserStack, and support was very limited

Some issues BrowserStack is fixing is Cross Browsing testing, debugging i have with my websites, helps with collaborations with my supporters, and some mobile device testing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides multi-browser and multi-device support for functional testing on real devices. Helps ensures software release quality and helps with the efficiency of the testing process.
Good tool for app testing
What do you like best about the product?
We could do app testing related to telecom domain for different OS. It provides better flexibility to test on various IOS/android versions efficiently. It actually help to test on real devices unlike other competitors which work on simulators.
What do you dislike about the product?
In telecom business, connectivity issues are also major requirement. We could do front end app testing on browserstack but connectivity testing was missing here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To test our mobile app on different android and IOS version, we need to have multiple devices for actual testing. With the help of browser stack, we get access to almost all available devices with minimal cost. With its multi-usage plans, where multiple team members can access browserstack at the same time, it is very useful for my team to do real time testing at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see a lot of differrent sizes and variety of products. It allows you to debug websites in ways not possible before. What I like is that on top to have features such as the ability to record etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed of the software. Most of the time I've had very bad luck on the way it loads websites and takes a long time to respond to user inputs. Another thing that ive noticed missing is exact dimensions of the device youre viewing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us as a team to check our work on different platforms. We use mac at work and the best way to perform test on a windows machine is using browserstack. Additionally, using it to test other devices such as androids. ipads etc

Very good, but could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a BrowserStack account since I think... 2018? And it's very obviously the best of its kind. The fact that it allows me to test my websites throughout browsers without having to go through the excruciating process of manually testing or using emulators is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this is far from a problem that I currently have, I found the interface far too confusing when I first started using it. It can also be a bit slow at times, but other than that I have no problems

As I stated before, optimization is key in my job and making sure that websites and apps are perfectly optimized for every browser/system makes an incredibly tedious task fairly simple.

My favorite part of browser stack is how reliable it is. It has never failed us and always succeeded with its jobs that we tested it on. It has always been reliable

I wish it was more advertised so that more people could buy it, I truly think it is one of the best of its kind and a top notch competition

It helps solve glitches and bugs that our apps can have and the glitches will make us infuriated but the browser stack software helps us put apps faster to help increase sales

Very simple to use and direct

Cross-browser testing was beneficial for us and made us gain a lot of time and effort trying to get a mac for example, to test on safari or IOS too

Automate testing at scale needs some learning curve, and I can't get my work done. I would like if it will be friendly UX in setup
