What do you like best about the product?
It's great i can test my website on a variety of different platforms. Such as iOS and Safari.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive. It's 126 dollars one month, then it's 157 dollars for another month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves compatibility issues across different platforms like safari, firefox and chrome.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Browserstack has limited cypress support
- Browserstack local testing is bit complicated to setup when the preprod environments are behind VPN

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is currently working on including cypress integration with its observability sdk feature which has been introduced recently. this will be very helpful in tracing the failure of cypress tests
Best testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has a lot of features, my favorite one is that you can test in real devices (not emulated). Native devices gives you accurated data at the time of testing your web apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to belive but I can not complain about this tool. Probably the only thing is that it is quite expensive but it is a great deal, your money is well expended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing in real devices makes my job easier, it is stable and reliable. You can even change your IP to test different visitors as well of diferent user agents in real devices.

It is easy to use,it's very understandable(you don't need to read the documentation to be able to use it),and cand help you to test your application on a different mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment I didn't find anything to dislike .Maybe later after I use it for a long period of time,I will find something.

I'm a begginer in software testing so using this helps me to make a project that will help me with finding a job.

What do you like best about the product?
As a tester,it allows cross-browser testing, both manually and through automation. We can test numerous Android devices and report bugs. Also, we can record sessions for regression testing. It is a very dynamic tool to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and lags a lot, primarily if we work from Vdi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we need to do mobile testing manually and through automation; hence to get detailed coverage, we use BrowserStack. BrowserStack allows us to test on different environments and browsers, and it supports multiple languages like Java, C# and Python.

Browserstack is the best tool available for testing sites and online stores on several different environments, like different browsers, tablets and mobiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes the most popular models are running slow and there is little variety in Android tablets.

Testing online stores in several mobile environments, specifically in iOs and Android.

It allows me to test for different functionalities and QA on different devices. It also provides a way to track events on mobile devices.

I wish you could have multiple tabs open at once while inspecting elements. I also experience buginess sometimes while scrolling

Amazing & powerful testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy this app's practical use when thoroughly testing websites or web applications on various platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across different devices. It's straightforward when it comes to trying out customed apps without having to worry about managing and maintaining physical devices or virtual machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I consider BrowserStack to have is the limited time when trying out the app. I recommend having more than just 2 mins for a more in-depth feel of its functionality. Plus, the loading time after uploading an app takes up the time of use for any new user that wishes to try out BrowserStack.

BrowserStack helps provide accurate results and eliminates the need for costly hardware investments. It also allows you to test in real time on real devices.
We have been extremely happy with Browserstack, it has provided a new way for our automate testing.

The ability to test applications across multiple browsers, configurations and settings. As well, the mobile testing has enabled a new demension to our testing.

I was not a fan of the last time I upgraded licenses. It was not clear and I wound up purchasing the wrong package.

Bug discovery and routine automation maintenance. It is showing us what we need to fix across multiple platforms.
Browser Stack for Mobile Testing
What do you like best about the product?
As a tester, my favorite part of using BrowserStack would be how easy the UI is to navigate and how many device options are available. These mobile device options allow businesses not to maintain physical devices because most IOS and Android devices with a large variety of versions and screen sizes are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate more tutorials and documentation that could quickly help get a new user to Browserstack familiar with all features and how to navigate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack has added integrations with a variety of different automated testing software. This is very exciting for businesses currently using automated testing software.
