What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic cross-browser tool with extensive range of OS and browsers. Great, that it uses real devices. Very easy to switch devices. Comes in super handy to QA. Awesome functionality: Dev Tools on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when you switch devices, the initialising of the new device can be a bit time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to Q/A changes of the website on different devices. BS helps me doing this with ease.

Device Fragmentation: With the vast number of mobile devices, operating systems, and screen sizes available in the market, it becomes challenging for developers and testers to cover all possible combinations. BrowserStack offers a vast device cloud that provides access to real devices, enabling comprehensive testing across multiple configurations.
Real Device Testing: Emulators and simulators may not always accurately replicate the behavior of real devices. BrowserStack allows developers and testers to test their mobile applications on real devices, ensuring accurate simulation of user experiences and detecting device-specific issues that might go unnoticed in emulated environments.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it easy to run automated mobile tests with proper reporting tools. It offers excellent integration with our WebDriverIO-based mobile testing framework. It has been a game changer for our mobile application; hence, I greatly appreciate BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes devices have high latency, resulting in slow load times and unresponsive UI.

It can easily be integrated with webdriverIO-based mobile automation testing framework.

I cant get the UDID of the iphone. Need it to build the debug version of the app

The best thing is that we can test any website on different browsers and real devices without hassle. During the free trial period, we can understand the tool and decide. It provides a comprehensive test environment

I have experienced some lags sometime, which is rare and cane be fixed.
Also, once disconnected the session should start from where it got disconnected.
If the above issue is fixed then it will be better.

I can test my product on different cross device or cross browser, which is a great feature of BrowserStack. It is a single platform where products can be tested in diferent OS or devices

I am working on UI/UX testing , Browser stack is very helpfull to do all my testing activities.

Real Android and IOS device testing they covered all major and new devices and cross browser testing, Now Accessibility Beta also included

Drag and Drop functionality is not working in Devices , If they fix this then all activities we can do in Browserstack

We can use cross browser testing with differen browser with different resolution in Different type of Windows and Mac

What do you like best about the product?
With so many device models, OS and browser versions available means I now have the ability to switch between different app and browser versions quickly - especially with the quick launch feature in my Chrome extension
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quick launch is empty and need to edit it again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to test across multiple browsers and OS and devices model and troubleshoot issues to try to reproduce bugs. This saves me time and reduces the risk of launching apps with UI glitches, especially for smaller screen sized e.g. iPhone SE 2020

Ease of use and simplicity of understanding. very much useful and happy using Browserstack for my personal use and personal practice of cross-browsing/Browser compatibility.

Very useful and helps remove the hassle for having real devices all the time.

Well not much, but I dont like that you cannot change the device OS version or have the same device with different OS versions.
They could try adding more devices on more OS versions.

We can test app or feature on multiple devices and also have the logs running. We can fetch crash logs and throttle networks if needed. There are many good features which you may not generally get directly in a device.
