Cross Browser Testing , it increase the coverage of automation suite and its recording feature is also add more values for doing RCA .

When it comes to making sure your website works like a charm across different browsers, BrowserStack is a solid choice. It’s like your toolkit for tackling compatibility issues. Just keep in mind that it might not be the best fit for tight budgets, and there could be a few bumps along the way. I'm specially a fan of their Test Management Suite!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in need of constant access to live devices to perform my testing duties. BrowserStack provides an immense catalogue of options to choose from, from Mac to Windows and from iOS and Android.

I didn't like anything, since i created my account, for over 1 hour trying to test my website on iphone device, and it shows error high traffic try again later

Browser Stack is the best real device testing tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Browser stack support wide range of devices and browsers for rapid development and testing application within a large team. One of the best feature about browser stack is that they provide local environment for testing which increase productivity for development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. There is limited free trail option and Pricing is bit higher for small scale teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our team to develop application much faster and involving multiple teams to test and provide feedback so that we catch bugs in early phase of development.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to debug issues on browsers/versions that our developers don't have installed is highly valuable. We also use this across the team for testing our website to ensure consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product options can be a little confusing around the broader package. There are tools that could be useful but we have struggled to fully understand them and therefore can make a decision to purchase them.

The ability to test our websites across browsers and browser versions that we do not have installed. This is vital when browser specific issues occur on our sites.

I can easily checkout what our websites or apps look like on a huge range of devices, without the hassle and expense of maintaining an inhouse inventory of test devices (which would be even more hassle now with remote work).
My developers particularly love the local environment integration, which means they don't need to push their work to a staging or testing environment to test it through Browserstack.

It would be good if they could add some of the more recent browsers that are gaining marketshare like Brave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to test websites and apps on platforms that we don't have readily available (i.e. testing other operating systems than what our developers and testers have on their local machines).
Easily testing against older versions of browsers (which in the age of automated updates isn't always straightforward to do).

Best tool for cross device testing
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about BrowserStack is honestly how they show you a real representation of the site you're testing. The local testing tool is the best thing I've ever seen and I can't overstate how useful it is. The selection of devices and browsers, old and new, are also just incredible. I really appreciate the freelancer plan as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the shift key gets stuck? Also occasionally the stream quality isn't great. That's really all the complaints I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me from buying an iPhone and a Mac, which is just an absolute blessing. The local testing tool also helps with speed, and saves on setting up a staging site just for a quick test.

can use safari easier, can use inspect for test code

slow sometimes but i think it's better than many emulator here.
