Making Multidevice Testing a Piece of Cake!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only was BrowserStack intuitive and easy to use but it provided a generous free tier to test out my in-development application in multiple mobile environments without a commitment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it was not a constant issue, I did run into a situation where I was unable to test my website in multiple environments due to high-usage. While this may have been a result of my having hit a limit on the free tier, the cause was unclear at that moment and unfortunately made BrowserStack unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a mobile first web application, it was necessary to view how the platform operated on multiple mobile environments. There is simply no other browser-based tool in could find which was as effective in solving that problem as BrowserStack.
Used for accessibility

We used this to test accessibility support for our application
What do you dislike about the product?
usability of the application is littel difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to test accessibility and make our app 508 complient
Great browser testing for all devices, OS and browser versions
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of having all the browsers in multiple platforms and devices in one place. It's a must have for web development work and brand marketing in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
The display resolution in the virtual space is still a lot to be desired. You get a general idea of overall layout but for detailed image, SVG testing, it's not the ideal tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When testing various web pages on the go and not having all the necessary devices and browsers installed, it's a life saver. It will take the guess work out of making sure everything is coded correctly for all browsers.
Very userful for QA when developing websites!
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature from BrowserStack is that I can see our development from different devices and OS. In the past, we had to look for people with different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little bit faster to make the QA more agile. But even with that, It has been very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can check how do websites look in different scenarios, preventing us to have a lack of responsiveness when developing for clients.
It is an okay sandbox
What do you like best about the product?
It helps as a sandbox to review suspicious or malicious links for what they are. I like that I can select multiple browsers with their various versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hangs a lot. Sometimes you have to refresh a couple times before you get what you want. It also bugs you about getting the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sandbox. Being able to view Malicious links in a safe place
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to test on windows machine for me as a frontend developer who only uses Mac
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it feels a bit sluggish but still better than spinning a VM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking out stuff on other os/ browser combinations
Product Review
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big of the the testing that users can do through BrowserStack whether that is through real device, automated, local, responsive or basically any type of testing one can think so. I also really enjoy how adaptable the product is in all versions of technologies possible, anything from web apps to mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack is not the most beginner friendly platform out there, there is a learning curve for users that have never tested before. The learning materials are very advances for beginners and can cause trouble frustration to newbies learning how to become testers. A bit pricey specially for users working on small projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote Testing is the most beneficial feature from BrowserStack that I benefit from, being able to test my applications on different operating systems without having the devices on my home has been extremely beneficial specially when testing across different mobile devices. The use of virtual phones is also a very nice feature.
A lot of devices for mobile testing
What do you like best about the product?
No need to keep all my test devices with me al the time, freely move across my city and able to test my project at every moment
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to add multiply device on one screen, app for laptops
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Park of mobile devices, replace all park of high cost apple devices
Useful UI can optimise time for creating ui tests
Useful UI can optimise time for creating ui tests
really good testing platform
What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to implement, has wast number of devices and it is quite stable
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across systematic issues, maybe only the pricing is something that can be problematic... besides that small hiccups are easily solved with client care
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the problem of executing tests on various platforms/devices
Love hearing good insights
What do you like best about the product?
Seems like they have a desire to provide all of the tools and resources needed to assist in the testing world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow response time hinders users. Lack of physical feel turns some users to physical devices instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to test on multiple deivces is a bit benefit. Abiltiy to emulate a user's expererience on a specific platform helps to rule out other factors in testing.
