Browserstack and it's benifits
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I love about browserstack is its reliability and it's feels super easy to automate and manually test across various device browser combinations as a real world enough
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessibility is yet to be implemented which is major draw back as I concern with the application. Also zooming a particular page is not available which is available with real devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feasibility and budget friendly as we don't have to buy real and multiple devices to test
Excellent range of devices to test, slightly held back by occasional technical issues
What do you like best about the product?
The range of devices is outstanding - browserstack saves us from having to spend thousands on various phones and tablets to test on, and also allows us to test niche combos without having to physically find (and then buy) these devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dev tools are often buggy, particularly on Apple devices - dev tools cutting off the elements after a certain number of them are shown, styles panel not working as expected etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows us to test our websites on a huge variety of devices without us having to physically acquire them all.
Almost Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
Most wonderful thing about browser stack is we can log in any devices of our choice to test directly within the browser stack. which i personally feel is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The results related to focus visible (2.4.7) were not all accurate when cross checked with device from browser stack. which can lead us to have few irregularities while testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is majorly solving major issues such as device testing for a product. when sometimes the specific device is not available we can use browser stack and will majorly have accurate results
User experience about browser stack after using it for 2 years
What do you like best about the product?
Choice and the selection of latest devices for testing available in market. THe feasibility of testing in different devices at a time which includes IOS and anroid models.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack does not support Accessiblity testing on devices which makes user to get a physical device which in turn can also reduce the business for cross browser testing as well.

Software testing is done smoothly which benifits us in time management and productivity increases. we are yet to test the application after actual go live which will help us to know the real feed back
A Seamless Testing Experience with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides a wide range of browsers and devices virtually for testing in real-time. We can test the application across various web browsers which is an advanced feature of browserstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the BrowserStack provides a wide range of devices and browsers to test the website or application, the selection of devices and browsers is not the latest release. Keeping the list constantly updated would be a great enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using the BrowserStack for accessibility testing for digital products we can save a lot of time. The BrowserStack's API integration is very advanced which ensures that every time code is changed it is validated across different environments with manual efforts.
Browserstack in making QA reviews
What do you like best about the product?
It is a real-time experience when you hit a request from another application, it will reflect the results in the span of minutes. The results are accurate and provides more information when you check each records

I am having a hard time in locating the entry that I made. I wish we can rename the review that I made so that I can quickly determine the record that I made during my testing

The accuracy of results when doing QA. It really lessen the time that we are consuming when making QA review

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it can be integrated with other automation tools to minimize the manual efforts spent on testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need an internet connection to test, it may be an issue with restricted env.

We use it as part of CI/CD to test the application in an automated manner.
Good experience using Browserstack for Selenium
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to run tests on multiple devices is the feature I was looking. When I found browserstack capability to run on multiple device and browser combinations, I am amused.
What do you dislike about the product?
High price and also we have to take multiple subscriptions for mobile device testing and using on different browsers. Which made the price further up. I would recommend a combined affordable plan for organizations to take full advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is saving some time and money for the organization. Cause we don't have to buy multiple devices and can test on the devices for a fraction of the cost. Also, it saves some time by the ability to run tests on multiple browser and device combinations.
Using BrowserStack for Quality Assurance Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack automates the quality assurance testing that we conduct during development and releases. I like the fact that the BrowserStack cloud has a video history of our test executions and can executing using multiple browsers on multiple operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying item in BrowserStack occassionally appears when I stop a test execution is running - often when I use the debugger, BrowserStack sometime keeps the os port which causes the next test execution to fail because it cannot obtain the port.

BrowserStack enables helps use build a library of automated selenium tests which we can execute during development and release.
Solid, Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very good at testing browser and device compatibly for web applications. We use it frequently to also check security and network access for web applications that have different access on and off campus. Many, many options for testing various devices, operating systems, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a way to test web applications that can only be accessible on internal network via the browser interface. there are many tools. Sometimes it is hard or not quick to switch between options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing web applications. Checking access and downtime issues for end users who access from outside our network. testing web applications on different devices/operating systems our clients use, but we do not have in the office.
