I have also tried using low code automation which is fantastic scriptliess record and playback features and to automate easily and effectively

What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank nothing. I am using for almost 2 years, no drawbacks or cons I personally encountered for my day-to-day routine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have web app that targetted for multiple platforms like destkop, mobile and tablet for cross-browser testing.
Percy for visual regression testing, we are having 100+ web pages which rely more on content and images. so Percy is much useful.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack helps with extensive testing for multiple devices which helps ensure that web applications work smoothly across different platforms. This will help the developers and designers to take appropriate actions for a specific bug.
What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack offers a range of features and multiple devices that can be tested with it. it is very overwhelming initially but as we learn more about it we can use it more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with device testing such as iOS, Android etc. without physical requirement of the devices which saves a lot of time and money for the company and the users.

it helps me test on devices which are not available physically. helps us with almost accurate results and ensure that the device testing is not stopped due to unvailablity of physical devices

sometimes it gives false positives such as for focus related issues on mac and in browser stack. some issues are not valid. which indeed can cause false positive issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its majorly solving automation testing and device testing related problems and they are doing quite good with it. It has been proving a great alternative resource for all of testers.

If you need to find out how many runs happened in a month it requires a paid subscription to pull up such numbers.

Crossbrowser testing and the ability to test on any device or OS

Its is very helpful in testing the application for mobile view using various browser and devices. One of the best things is real device experience on application testing

What do you like best about the product?
I have used couple of products from BrowserStack like Live and Automate and recently tried using Percy for POC for automated visual testing. All these products are desinged with great UI & dashboard which gives user a complete control and details to refer while debuging the issues. One of the great benefits of these products that they effrotlessly integrate with our existing automation framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything with BrowserStack is excellent. However, products price seems little high, there should some discount. For individual user it should be always free :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user of these products, I dont need to maintain anything locally. Products can be used by using a small configurations and which is so helpful and without any maitenance efforts.
My Experience of using manual cross browser testing solution offered by BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
I started exploring various available solutions which can fulfil our need to perform manual cross browser testing and eventually came across to know about BrowserStack product called "Live". It give us a very simple interface to create a desired session on single click with browser and its version along with many other browser specfic settings and options. Moreover, BrowserStackLocal made it more easier to test the private URLs as well.
I had very good experince using this as its was solving my problem without any maintenance efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything with BrowserStack is very effortless. However, at that time struggled little bit to whitelist the certain IPs. Probably this part could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It sovled all the problems related to performing manual cross browser testing. team does not need to maintain any serves, browser and their version locally. All these were very efficiently taken care by BrowserStack
