BrowserStack is handy and easy maintenance tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the web browsers and mobile testing platforms in BrowserStack. The very impressive part is that it handles the barcode scanner device using API instead of infra red data capture. According to me this is a great feature, where the user can use the device on the fly instead of spending time to order and deliver the physically device thus saving the cost and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the browser Stack system takes care of some of the timeout issues which happen at times due to the network instability which keeps the user less distractive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser Stack helps solve enormous amount of problem in recent times, Starting from Web, Mobile, API and Visual testing all in virtual environment has helped business to be flexible on the deliverables

I do get connectivity issues a lot leading to failures.

I love all the resources adn documentation browserstack has to help you integrate it into your work or just to get started. They also offer so many capabilities and that makes it very worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is some instances can be removed or connecting to it sometimes can take time. But these are common things with most services to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack has real machines and real phones that you can test on and get actual REAL test data from. They offer a vast varietty of mobile devices and operating systems along with browser that you can use to your testin advantage. Manually or automatcally.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack allows organizations to not have to maintain their own inventory of mobile devices. This also enables organizations to have the most up-to-date devices without the cost of those devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free trials have been an issue with organizations i've previously worked with/for. The paid version may not be the right choice for a small startup, but the cost of not having it should also be considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of inventory within our organization. It also takes care of multiple users in different parts of the country within our organization to be able to test on various devices without having to be in an office.

Price is slightly too high for me, in my opinion

What do you like best about the product?
App testing integation, app live and test case videos with custom logging. Lot of things like these take a lot of time and effort integrating without such a cloud provider.
So, definitely a lot of niche features.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's still in a nascent stage for a lot of up and coming feature sets like app percy and test observability, services still need to become more reliable on the cloud. but overall a great job, time will be a helper for the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device customisation and logging for automation testing is the main feature it helps me achieve without breaking a lot of sweat. I am also looking forward to exploring the newer features in browserstack since it might solve a lot of the problems that take a lot of time and effort right now.

User friendly and powerful tool in test automation
What do you like best about the product?
According to me, I think BrowserStack has set the bench mark for test automation which has a lot of features that every testing team and manager will need to review the testing progress.

I have not identified any dislike till now once i start using it i will defiantly share it.

Cloud testing helps resources that we are utilizing for testing in cross-browser and cross platform testing.

I've been using BrowserStack for a while to help solve automation issues I'm experiencing. Their information is easy to search through to find answers.

Sometimes the information I'm looking for isn't correct, which causes me delays in finding a true resolution.

There are always issues to resolve around automation testing. I can come to BrowserStack with my questions and find ideas of ways to resolve my issues.
