What do you like best about the product?
The live manual testing is an A+. Simple and easy to run local tests for connection to a vpn

The UI is rough. Also the automation integration has given me more trouble than relief despite the simple steps

What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature is that it provides parallel and cross-browser testing. It enables us to run tests on multiple browsers or devices simultaneously. Geolocation and globalization testing are valuable as well.
What needs improvement?
In terms of improvement, BrowserStack should work on its Internet connectivity although issues only occur occasionally.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using BrowserStack for five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability of BrowserStack a nine out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I would rate the scalability an eight out of ten although there are occasional connectivity issues. Our clients are both small and enterprise-size businesses.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support is very good and they provide online support directly to the customer.

BrowserStack is very easy to set up and use. I would rate the easiness of the setup a nine out of ten. The deployment only takes a few minutes and it is done by our client, not our company.

In terms of pricing, BrowserStack is more expensive than other tools.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to people who are considering using BrowserStack is that it is a very good and useful tool. I would recommend it. Overall, I would rate it an eight of out ten.

Cost: BrowserStack's pricing seems to be on the high side, especially those who have small businesses or individual developers. The cost can increase as more parallel testing or access to additional devices and browsers is needed.

Device Availability helps us very much in testing. Manual and automation testing on devices is very helpful and provides us with good test coverage. Support is excellent

Glitches at times. But support is very help ful in resolving those issues. Browser plugin was very easy method to connect. Unfortunately the plugins were discontinued

BroserStack Compatibility testing is very helpful. It gives us wide device coverage and easier access to devices through emulation. Can avoid handling of physical devices
Loving the new browserstack features
What do you like best about the product?
I have always used physical phones for testing, browserstack has been a blessing in terms of not having to invest in hardware devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed that there is a specific app we need tested but not available throught BS, so we had to unfortunately opt for hardware devices for that purpose.

Making sure our website looks and works right on different web browsers and phones. It's like renting lots of different phones and computers without actually having to buy them.

It has a variety of features that help me perform all kinds of testing in a single space.The browser stack is an amazing toll, which helps my automation and testing easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t feel any dislike about the browser stack. Sometimes I face connectivity issues while connecting to the VPN and testing. But it happens very rarely. Apart from that I didn’t feel any dislike.
