BrowserStack on duty!
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is the best tool that offers real devices with numerous options covered, such as different environments for the same device, local testing or imitating localization to test different geolocation scenarios. BrowserStack has also integration with Percy, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't write any hosts which is helpful in local testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows testing different behaviours on different devices, which helps to find edge cases. It's often used when the UAT phase is almost finished and there are reports from various users who use different devices and browsers.
Best browser vendor in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
Very nice support, Very quick resolution of queries, very easy to understand, ease of automation, mobile testing support
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading speed is bit low, it takes some noticable amount of time to load the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to access all versions, flavours of the browsers and OS combinations. it provides me access to various physical mobile devices. it helps me performing cross browser testing under test.

Before we had a device lab for testing pages. With BrowserStack , everything is done so much easier and faster.

Establishing a connection to the test devices could sometimes work faster

Devices cloud based testing service
What do you like best about the product?
Browser Stack is a cloud based tool for ui-ux developers to allow them to test their website on different devices without needing to buy them. Since it's cloud based it save all my settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being cloud based browser stack cannot be use without internet. Also the website on mobile device is not responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack allow me to make sure my apps and website based apps work on a wide range of devices.
A compact tool that each tester needs
What do you like best about the product?
Often business doesnt have the infrastructure or the ability to maintain different browser combinations on their own. The cloud architecture allows the testers to use different sets of browsers on multiple OS platforms , giving support to different app versions as well.
The dashboard adds to a sense of simplicity.
The tool can be easily integrated with test runs also supporting scheduled jobs and reporting mechanisms.

Maybe there could be some way where licensing cost could be reduced so that the tool can reach more users by volume.

Validating the test suites across multiple OS/Browsers helps us a lot

What do you like best about the product?
I once use BrowserStack App Automate integrate with my automation tools, Katalon. It's really easy to understand when i read BrowserStack Docs

I don't find anything I don't like about this tool

When i don't have iOS real device for my script in Katalon, then i integrate katalon with BrowserStack to use an iPhone device to automate my test script. It's really help me with PoC to the customer when i don't have an iPhone device
Basics are easy
What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user of BrowserStack ~1 day. The set up was super easy. I was able to get into the program quickly and connect to my organizations mobile apps and websites. I am already using some of the screenshots in presentations
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be because I'm a new user, but I haven't been able to figure out how to record the mobile app with just showing the mobile app. I still see all of the browser "stuff" around it. When I tried to look up instructions they were only for a Mac and not a PC

I am able to see our mobile app as it is being developed.
BrowserStack: Comprehensive Testing with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love using BrowserStack for its awesome feature of eliminating clutter by handling multiple devices for testing. The platform's ability to support Accessibility Testing is great, and I find the Low code automation to be a brilliant feature. The multidevice testing with sync is just mind-blowing as it lets me perform tests across multiple devices with the effort of testing just one. The guide line for setup is awesome, and it makes the initial setup super easy. I especially appreciate the BrowserStack support team—they're just one email away with mostly instant resolution SLAs. The Percy tool is also a favorite feature of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the sessions have a low idle timeout, and if that can be increased, it would be great. Also, nowadays all smartwatches support apps, so adding that section for live testing would be a great add-on feature.

BrowserStack prevents the clutter of multiple test devices. Accessibility Testing makes us compliant, Low code automation simplifies repeated tests, and sync feature allows efficient multi-device testing.
Very usefull tool for developing
What do you like best about the product?
The screenshot tool and the possibility of using different real devices in real time. Customer service also is reliable and quick.

there's nothing i disliked since I've not encountered problems

Checking multiple websites and interfaces on different os and devices. Also the accessibility checker is very valid.
Expensive yet powerful potential for testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is very powerful platform when you comare it to saucelab or lambda test. The interface aand UI looks very familiar and easy to use , step by step navigation and implementation of tools and frameworks was never been that easier. Integrating or deploying tools like selenium, appium adds extra power to automation testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When one application or platform is that costlier and still shows performance issue, lagging, test failure then it really not nice to spend this much of money for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack solves the tension of real device testing and that too on different devices. Linking of appium or selenium codes and triggering in a click to perform testing on multiple devices is awesome to have.
