Browserstack is the best testing platform I have used so far
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is very reliable, has a large selection of real test device, is (mostly) very performant and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing under Edge on Windows is sometimes a bit difficult because the screen resolution doesn't always match
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test on many mobile devices and document errors well.
Overall a very useful and easy to use live/ automated website testing tool.

The simplicity and ease of use of the webcite is matched by no other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay wall that locks new users out of using all possible tools on the cite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to test my bot account codes on their webcite without worry of breaking terms of service on accident on a main cite.

Testing for responsiveness has never been easier. BrowserStack provides a responsive design checker that allows you to see how your website adapts to different screen sizes and resolutions, helping you deliver an optimal user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
BS is really easy to use and they helps u a lot when testers have any issue with fastly. Another thing why i like to use BS is it's very easy to integrat with another tools like katalon etc. If u want test IOS devices with ur devops u can work with them same time with plural devices. One more plus is they always improve their tool u can see there is always new feature in a month.

Sometimes it was a bit hard to find spesific devices which u want to test with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once there was no sim-enabled devices and BS support solve that in 45 min.

What do you like best about the product?
The BrowserStack tool has the nicest user interface, and it saved me a lot of time while testing our website and apps with multiple browsers and mobile devices. Their customer service personnel is quite helpful and responds quickly to some of our inquiries. They also give many integration choices that are useful in our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the BrowserStack product team is trying its best, the following are some areas where they can improve:
- It might be sluggish in terms of performance at times.
- Documentation may be updated because it can be difficult to discover information for some of the features.
- Implementation might be improved because it can be tough for novices to get started with this tool.

We create mobile apps and websites as a service-based IT company. We wanted a solution that would allow us to run various tests on our mobile and web apps. BrowserStack enables us to test our applications across multiple browsers and devices using a single platform.
