What do you like best about the product?
We have been using BrowserStack Live to perform multi-browser manual testing with Windows browsers, Samsung, iPad, iPhone device browser in the past two years. We have successfully launched multiple related projects with positive feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we dislike about BrowserStack. Everything is working perfectly so far.

We used BrowserStack Live to do multi-browser testing. That helps us a lot solving issues on different supported browsers.
Making Automation Testing Seemless and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's the perfect cross-browser testing tool for our startup, our internal QA team really like the extensive device, browser and OS coverage it provides to simulate the end user behaviour.
Browserstack is generally better than its peers due to its ease of use and wide array of features making it a handy utility a startup's QA team.
Customer service team is really very good, and they respond to the problems within 24hrs of raising the problems.
Video playback of the running suite helps to resolve problems of flaky tests while running on cloud servers. It was very easy to integarte within our existing TestNG based framework.

High Cost compared to its competitors like LambdaTest and SauceLabs.

Helps us implement Parallel execution on multiple slave agents as per the type of plan we have subscription to.

best real time testing tool for beginner and advanced
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is good for testing cause it has many devices and features which would come in handy testing the Webapp flow for beginners and advance level I would love to suggest it to any QA

the premium version price is little too high and they should give more discounts if the some users are using it daily.

It does what it promises and is actually fairly priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the problem is that its quite complicated to navigate at first what you can do or how to best use it, but you find tutorials.

Our developers needed a tool to test our platforms with different browsers and setting so browserstack was their choice in the end.
Great for testing and debugging website.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using BrowserStack for a number of years, it's been a great tool to debug and test websites. Working on websites you still have to check across loads of devices, so using BrowserStack has filled that gap and save me a ton on buying loads of different devices for testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the windows chrome extension will doubble log you in and this causes a too many device error. Nothing major just have to make sure they don't doubble loads.

Testing website on different browsers and device, yep it's been great as I don't have to have a ton of old devices laying around to test with.
Essential tool for the Frontend Developer
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using BrowserStack, our code has attracted significantly less tickets than before. With testing resource in our organisation stretched to the limit, it's of paramount importance that we deliver code that is as clean as possible. BrowserStack enables me to locate the vast majority of issues myself, before I commit code or a product goes into testing. It's because of this I consider it a critical development tool. It's super quick and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to being able to test on the full spectrum of devices available in the wild.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a front end developer SrowserStack allows me to problems on specific devices quickly and easily. We've now learned the specific devices that seem to most frequently exhibit anomalies and can go straight to testing on them. BrowserStack allows me to submit products for testing confident that my code is robust.
Great product but all-or-nothing pricing structure makes it a hard sell
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can test websites on multiple browsers. I would like to use it for frontend/visual testing for Microsoft Edge since my team is 100% on Macs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is really exorbitant. $39/mo per seat just for desktop browsers is unrealistic for my small organization.

Performing quality assurance tests on our websites. Troubleshooting bugs that clients or users report on specific browsers or devices.

Polished but Not Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is good for accessing a wide variety of devices for testing. If you need lots of different mobile devices like androids and iphones then browserstack works. It runs fast and the UI is polished. Customer service is also helpful when dealing with billing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the local routing feature, it is difficult to setup and operate. It will sometimes work but other times fail randomly. There is also a lack of iOS versions, you can only choose between a few.

BrowserStack is helping me test how my mobile apps look and function on different devices without having to purchase the devices in real life.

- The showstopper feature was, alowing us to test the website through VPN, which i didn't find in the deviuce farms I previously used.

There is a little lag when connecting to devices with mobile internet. We can focus on optimizing the bandwidth.

- BrowserStack is heping us save money on buying new devices which are costly consistently and frequently
- Since I'm working from home, getting access to multiple deives is a problem logistically. BrowserStack helps me to get access to multiple devices when needed.
