BrowserStack for Mobile and Accessibility Testing
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of devices to choose from. And the newly added accessibility check is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like a little lagging by using the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to test on different type of devices with BrowserStack as we don't need to keep updating the physical devices.
A very cost-effective way to test on real devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack gives me confidence that my software will work on real devices, because unlike testing with other methods (e.g. cypress with a different-sized browser) I know that there won't be differences between a simulated device and the real thing. BrowserStack has a system that I'd love to make myself but would never have the time or money to do half-as-well for even a few devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Using BrowserStack is harder, laggier and generally a worse experience than testing on real devices.
- There are (ironically) issues if you're not using Chrome
- There are (ironically) issues if you're not using Chrome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test web apps without having to own the hardware I test it on. This is particularly relevant on iOS devices where the Safari version varies with the OS and there's no effective way to install different versions on a device.
Great product but expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to live test on various types of browsers and mobile devices. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like being limited on the number of minutes I can use when testing. We have a team of 5, and $150/mo is way to expensive when all we want to do is test sites we build on mobile and desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to test websites I have built on different browsers and mobile devices. It's great to test on the "real" device when I don't have access to the physical devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides real devices for testing instead of emulators which others do. Latency is very less and devices are smooth it feels like i am using a real device. Biometric, sim card with numbers and an ocean of devices are some of the best things. i suggest every organization to prefer browserstack they are leader in market share and also leader in providing effecient devices. customer support is also a best thing they help you on chat with relevant information. for automation they integrate well with any framework
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont find any dislike. i have used all the competitors of browserstack and i feel they are above all of them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of buying real devices and test on it. now we can just go to browserstack and perform all task which we normally do on real devices
Browserstack is a solution to your mobile app testing coverage problem.
What do you like best about the product?

3. Can be used as many times I want to.
4. Easy to implement test environment.
5. Multiple devices coverage.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Devices frequently disconnecting even when session is being used.
2. When we use kill app feature, it does not kill the active app in foreground only, instead kills all the ative apps which is really annoying.
3. We should be able to select device from a specific country, instead of auto select from pool from the country which we don't want. For example, I should be shown option of number of devices available in India, Germany, US and I should be able to select from where i want. As my application reports the country where device exists and thats a problem for me in analyzing the analytics.
4. Using 2 devices at same time slows down the performance.
5. Device settings are not accessible which we particularly need, for example device id cannot be fetched. Only few settings are available in side menu, should be more options available.
6. Integration with automation tool should be more easier.

Ease to access devices.
Easy multi device/browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to switch between devices/browsers and all the dev tools that help me to evaluate how things are displayed and rendered to different users. It have a variety of devices.
It's just plain simple to use.
It's just plain simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the browsers/devices seems laggy, but it's not a blocker and probably is a connection issue, as I am based in Brazil. Also, I noticed some differences between the dev tools (chrome and safari) that sometimes does't really work, like:
Blocking requests in Chrome does not work in some iOS browsers, but Safari does. Not a problem but maybe it would be better to keep only the devtools that support all features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need of multiple devices to test how things are displayed and rendered to different users in different plataforms.
By allowing me to see how my website is going on multiple websites easily and without the actual need of the devices is a game changer.

A Game Changer for Cross-Browser Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Some visitors reported having issues browsing my website on Safari. As I'm a Windows user I could not verify this. A friend recommended Browserstack and it was honestly a life saver. Was able to identify and solve all issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, I will definitely be using to test my client's websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross browser testing is the most useful, I could identify many issues directly and fix on the spot!
Handy to have
What do you like best about the product?
Can easy test your software on different OS/browser and mobile OSs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't fully debug mobile applications as far as I can tell. Could be wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
don't need to have VMs and Phones with version OSs and browsers available in house to test on various combinations
A great tool for test automation
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation super test automation tool, allows quick verification on different operating systems, different browsers and versions. Great for regression testing when plugged into a CI/CD. Parallel tests possible. Visual tests. Recordings of test sessions, logs.... For daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
An increase in the number of ad hoc parallel tests outside the subscription is missing (on a daily basis I need e.g. 2 threads, occasionally I would like to run e.g. 10 simultaneously)
Visual tests a bit time-consuming to process

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of daily regression and functional tests on a diverse environment.
Very good variant for daily testing during development
What do you like best about the product?
All Phones and Browsers are very quickly available, All versions and operating systems are covered, Possibility to access the localhost
What do you dislike about the product?
The address bar in the Windows VMS is only visible after changing the resolution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to install versions manually, I need fewer real devices
