What do you like best about the product?
Percy makes it easy to spot visual errors or changes. It also has many application features. This allows users to manage the process more efficiently and effectively.
Percy's easy integration allows it to be seamlessly integrated into existing projects or systems. This reduces time-consuming difficulties and makes the implementation phase more fluid. Additionally, it supports many integrations and offers the flexibility to be compatible with different systems.
I am also satisfied with their customer support service. The customer support services offered by BrowserStack, such as quick responses and fast follow-up, ensured that I received support when I needed it. This helped me find the solution quickly when a problem occurred.

I think further price reductions might be more attractive to users. I believe that especially budget-friendly or more flexible pricing options can satisfy existing customers more. I am generally satisfied with the services offered by BrowserStack.

Percy helps improve quality in development processes by detecting visual errors in websites and applications with automatic visual tests. This provides visual consistency and a more reliable and efficient process for error tracking for me.

Sometimes browserstack is very slow
Sometimes suddenly session stops.
Low code automation passes once and same code fails at other time, we are working on that to get the exact test suit which passes most of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it easy to test on a multitude of different devices, which it would be impossible to aquire ourself.
This makes it very easy to test on a specific device, where a user of our app has experienced problems. It would be very costly if we had to buy these devices ourselves.

Not all devices come in a version with the newest os.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowsetStack makes it easy for us to test our mobile apps on different devices, which would be very near imposssible and very costly if we were to buy all these devices. Also, it makes it possible for us to perform automated testing on these same devices.

Free Trial could be a bit longer per OS. Sometimes you're still trying to understand how it works and you are already kicked out. Once you go to a new device you lost all your steps.

Local testing often misses quirks in different browsers and devices. BrowserStack lets you catch issues before users do, resulting in a more stable and polished product.

It's not buggy. Site and page renderings are consistent, accurate, and fully functional.
