Global Browsing, Zero Headaches
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it a breeze to test all around the world! No more fiddling about with all manner of devices; I just whip through compatibility checking on actual browsers, from Tokyo to Toronto. Bugs dont stand a chance!
What do you dislike about the product?
But its enough to make you dizzy just reading about the tremendous range of tests available. Still, a good problem to have--that is, theres just the right tool for every testing requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me make sure my web app will look great on every kind of screen, helping build confidence with users and keeping me from going crazy in the process (I save so much time). Now I dont have to struggle with browsers-I can focus on building. Be sure not to miss their new visual testing tool! Taking screenshots across different devices has allowed me to spot design changes that I would not have noticed otherwise. Its like having an extra pair of eyes.
Simple testing with BrowserStack gives every time
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack provides an amazingly friendly testing environment which matches any taste in test requirements. Everything from global data centers to all kinds of real devices provides comprehensive testing, with results that are reliable as can be and produced effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is stable, it has been noticed that there are some lags in its operation. Sometimes this can affect test speed. This is one aspect that can be streamlined to raise the efficiency of testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the critical problem of testing in multiple devices and environments, so that our applications are solid and glitch-free. This stability drastically decreases the time spent on debugging, improving our efficiency of R & D and rapid deployment.
For Web and mobile testing, too unwieldy
What do you like best about the product?
Initially, BrowserStack was effectively the standard for web and mobile testing. They give true tools with low latency and many features, such as biometrics and sim card functions. Chat customer support was not commendable, and responded with unrelated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, my own BrowserStack experience was turning bad. At first I professed against liking nothing, and soon found it didnt deliver the excellence promised. But it is a pale comparison with those of the competition in fact, even its very first advertised bells.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack says that its problem-solves not having to buy real devices for testing, but the experience is far from smooth. The tool underperforms. But do they live up to the convenience advertized? I find myself asking. The convenience, in fact, turns out to be a nuisance that affects the whole process.
Unreliable Experience with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
What i observed is BrowserStack looks like a dream ticket for multi-browser testing at first. The reality is very different. Switches across devices or browsers and dev tools looks good, but the experience is lackluster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is marred by frequent lagginess in browsers/devices, which may be due to connection issues. In countries like Brazil, thats a major problem. They also contain inconsistencies occasioned by differences between dev tools (Chrome and Safari). For instance, in some iOS browsers, the requests are un-blockable. This slows down the testing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In fact, BrowserStack doesnt live up to its promise to solve the problem of testing on multiple devices. Compromised Accuracy On account of how laggy their performance is and the inconsistencies in Dev tools, such purported advantages come at a price.
Global testing with drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
In the past, multidevice testing was a clumsy circus act. Different emulators, unending cables, and my phone makes teh circuit around the room like a hurled shot put. Now, at few clicks, testing on real devices from anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here comes the major thorn, the occasional hiccup with flaky network connections. Their support team is a dream though, always there to sort things out with a smile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forget crossed fingers and praying my app doesn't fall apart on some oddball browser version in Uzbekistan. Through Browserstack, I test on thousands of devices and browsers. And with that much testing, my app is glowing everywhere. And I can nab bugs in users' hands before they strike avoiding much frustration.
Good software but can be a bit clunky at times
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows me to track manual regressions and the progress of my testers. Easy to add new test cases and track automation integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the filtering of test cases can be improved. I am not sure if a new feature or I just missed before, but I love the ability to see my folders in a test run. The consilidated view was a bit frustrating to use because things were a bit out of order.
back to filtering, I find it incredibly frustrating that using the keyword filter clears what other filters you already have selected. If I want to search all my untested cases that are tagged to me, I should be able to further narrow the search using a keyword.
I also find it annoying that when I edit a test case, you have to fill out "mandatory" fields, that I didn't have to create when I intially made the case!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we didn't have a good system to manage our test cases. as a growing start up we are constantly evolving the product and have to be really flexible in our testing. BrowserStack allows me to easily manage my test cases and assign them to other people.
Mobile Test Documentation Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can install an app to test on a mobile device and gather screenshots from the desktop over having to screenshot and send the images from a mobile device to my email or through Teams, and then manipulate the image to fit my needs. It makes less work for documentation and more time for testing. It helps to be able to test on various devices to see how changes in the dimensions affect how the app appears for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if the site updated, or if it was a change with the account, but it had changed between times of use for testing and I was unable to find where/how to install an app for testing. It was a bit confusing to find. After changes to account access, I was able to figure out where to click to do app install and testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to test on mobile iOS devices that I would not be able to test on otherwise. Various devices and sizes allow for a more thorough testing.
It was very straitghtforward process, very easy for new customers
What do you like best about the product?
You can integrate easily CD/CI like App Center without any issues, and also have many features like TouchID/Biometrics, I use browsertack to test all features for Android devices and see compatibility maybe 4 or 6 times per month
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX looks old, I think it would be great if the UI is more clean and have a better looking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The test for specific Android devices and different iPhone sizes, I only have one device (iOS) and need to test compatibility between my features while I'm developing
A fast, responsive and easy platform to test on multiple environments
What do you like best about the product?
The array of availible OS versions and it's ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
The long queue before getting on the staging interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Browserstack, i no longer require loading emulators nor VMs in order to test apps on different environments.
