I liked how intuitive it was that a student could use its main features without knowing too much.

Actually, I didn't have any issues with BrowserStack during my short experience with it.

The amount of devices that you can use for testing, the possiblity to use local testing and the speed of how it works.

It can be a little expensive, I would appreciate cheaper tiers with fewer features.

The lack of access to multiple iOS devices and checking nitpicks between versions of iOS systems.

Amazing Tool for Professional Testing!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I find most amazing about Browserstack is that it has everything for everyone, Be it a Developer, a QA, an Automation Engineer, it serves each and every designation with a professional set of tools that anybody has at their disposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just have one dislike that it sometimes doesn't allow to view the screen as a Virtual machine but rather stays on the browser, it should have its own launcher that should be supported on various OS to launch the windows as if the user is working on an actual system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution that I have every browser and OS with different viewports at my disposal is the thing that I like the most about BrowserStack. The rest of the things are definitely the cherry on the cake, but this thing alone is enabling me to keep myself subscribed to it!

- Somewhat lacking in local development options - unable to test local HTML files

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a developer, ensuring that my web applications work on all platforms can be a hassle, as it is time-consuming and sometimes difficult to set up a suite a test environments. BrowserStacks alleviates this by providing all of the test environments in a ready-to-use state.

Maximum Test device coverage, Number of devices that are available to test. easy to switch devices. also, create features and debugging tools—easy integration with app automation.

Automation is slow. a bit expensive on pocket
