Adequate tool for Automation Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of different platform browsers to test. Also the speed of browserstack isn't too bad. Overall it should suit most needs of those who need to test browser compatibility. This tool is used by our manual QA team quite alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring BrowserStack so that it can be used within the Work Network required some work.
Also setting up authentication was abit tricky.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes native browser testing isn't possible because of forced updates causing testing for specific browsers to break.
Browserstack browsers are more stable in some cases which is nice.

What do you like best about the product?
the support they are simply amazing, i had a problem with something, and they even chat with me by video to understand the problem and they fix it like right away, sincerly best company ever and i recommend to everybody that need stress test apps or mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
the price a bit pricy but still worth the money

it help me to test mobile application for my clients and the security of the apps and what we programm as counter measure.
Vast functionality, lacking in some areas
What do you like best about the product?
It's apparent that bstack has a lot of mileage and that they use their user feedback and needs to develop and enhance features. Their documentation is mostly well-organized and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a test automation architect I was disappointed to find that for Espresso and XCUITest the bstack products lack maturity. But I've been working closely with their experts and account managers and we've been making progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated UI testing in CI on phsyical mobile apps.

A good tool for testing your web site
What do you like best about the product?
That I can use any mobile device to test fetures in my web site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time to login into a device, it take such time and the logout time is too short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have all kind of mobile phone. So when a client report a bug I can test it in Browserstack and give to my developers the bug step by step.
Easy platform for browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
There is a large selection of different devices and browsers to choose from. It helps a lot with testing especially on iOS platforms if you have no iOS devices available, and the different OS versions help reproduce bugs that only occur on certain OS versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser devtools only work in Chrome, not Firefox and Safari; Firefox on Android 14 is currently not available. The device selections could perhaps be a bit better by allowing to sort by OS version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps to try websites on different devices with different browser engines without the need to own all these different devices and keep them at various OS versions.

It's solving the very critical problem of testing across different platforms, devices and OS versions

- Nothing much I can complain here about BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using automation testing heavily. Before using BrowserStack, we were planning to buy some testing devices, but found that buying all the possible devices, mangaging, sharing them is a lot more expensive and effort consuming way. Hence we selected BrowserStack. The seemless integration in CI pipelines has enabled us to adopt DevOps culture well.
Provide varity of options for testing as well as automation. Easy to use and good UI.
What do you like best about the product?
Browser Stack keeps updating the latest devices and hence has a lot of options to choose from and test your application for a better user experience and it is easy to use. Another good thing about it is Browser Stack team is very helpful they help you with everything from setup to solving the problems you face while working on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes live sessions fail and the device shows a black screen. Also sometimes some of the application functionalities fail on browser stack devices and work fine on real physical devices this might be an application (the application I work on is heavy) specific issue but it should be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser Stack is coming up with new dashboards and insists on the test results of your application, new debugging tools are getting introduced, the latest mobile devices keep getting updated, response time is less, and the team take the feedback seriously and positively and always ready to solve any issues faced by user even get over call to resolve issues.
Powerful platform, with much more potential
What do you like best about the product?
I like its variety of solutions and its wide catalog of devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I understand the reason for the high costs, it doesn't seem so affordable to me. And despite having many devices in the catalog, there are many more that are essential, such as more from Motorola, cell phones from Huawei, Xiaomi, Poco and others from Samsung.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have errors reported to me on specific cell phones that I don't have and I can't reproduce them on the ones I already have.
Primary tool for app testing
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a major tool in any web developers tool back to testing their applications. I can easily test on main systems, browsers and different versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not super fond of the UI, but other than that have little to critique

It gives me one spot to do testing of my web applications against various systems, devices and browsers
