Cross browser testing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a wide range of features from such as app live, app automate, automate and many more. We dont have to spend on real devices as Browserstack give us the option to test on every device in a single platform.
While mobile testing I like very cool feature that we can check the error logs and all which is not possible when we test in real device without any third party tool. And when we use third party tool we need to connect our device to system.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you see their pricing structure they didnt give subscription for all the feature. Instaead they charge separately for every feature which moreover make our bill more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of browserstack we dont have to use different physical device as it gives us almost every device in a single dashboard. It support code from every scipts such as appium selenium playwright which does not limit us to stuck to a particular framework for automation testing.

1 minute for trial and the membership like 39dollars for desktop/mobile is expensive

The idea behind providing many kind of mobile phones emulation to allow people test on real environment. Moreover it's very simple to use an no need to install anything to implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is very high for test platform. Also the waiting queue to use an environment is very long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very useful especially for Iphone apps testing and recent phone models. It's also allow to test on real environment which can help find out quickly if the app development is right.
Undoubtedly, it is the best tool to test on various devices and operating systems.

I like how easy it is for me to switch between different real devices, which lets me spot issues that don't show up on other tools that are virtual. I can also open the console to debug correctly.

It can be a bit slow when you type or click.

Definitely being able to test on different devices. When I have utilized alternative virtual tools, I am confident that I have not encountered any bugs; however, in the production environment, they are present. With BrowserStack, I have been able to identify bugs before deploying to production.

I have only one issue in browserstack that is performance and speed issue.

1. Usually its browser compatibility issue but browserstack will allow user to test in wide range browsers and devices ensuring the consistent result

BrowserStack is an outstanding tool that enables us to test our websites and applications across a wide range of browsers and devices. What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack allows you to test APKs and IPAs easily on the browser by simply uploading the applications. The applications install automatically and then use the device as an original device. The launching of the device is very fast and smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
The real device testing is available for only 2 minutes on the free plan. A longer duration would allow better testing for the applications on real devices since launching the app and filling in data takes some time as well.

BrowserStack allowed me to test the IOS applications and APK applications on multiple devices and hence take feedback from multiple devices.

App automate section is good for mobile automation. Great customer support. Intregrate Appium scetion is very helpful for finding locators of mobile apps.

The prices are a bit edgy but the services provided makes up for it.
