They provide a really great UI for testing. They make it easy to locate accessibility issues as well.

BrowserStack enables our team to test across multiple devices and catch device-specific issues that would have otherwise gone undetected. It also gives us the ability to recreate issues on specific devices or OS versions that we are not able to see on our own physical devices.

Nothing so far, we've been able to address any needs we have with the product as-is.

BrowserStack enables us to test and recreate issues across different devices and OS versions -- 2 variables cause tremendous headaches in the world of mobile app development. This allows us to ship a higher quality product.

What do you like best about the product?
This is just the best service for testing websites and apps, especially on different devices. It really helped me to find some bugs in my codes. It also has a free version of service, so newbies can experience the advantages of the system.

There is nothing wrong in that. Well, there could be a version for smartphones (maybe, app), too.

It helps me to find bugs in my apps and I'm solving them afterwards.
Drastically simplifies our customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Before using Browserstack, it was a massive headache to try and figure out what issues customers were having when using devices that we didn't have ready to test in our office. Browserstack changed all of that for us, giving us quick insights into which browser versions have issues and troubleshoot them accordingly.

Not much to dislike, very easy to use and straightforward

What do you like best about the product?
As a remote developer that used to work in the office, I can say that browserstack saved my day. Back in the day of going to the office, we would have 4 or 5 different devices that we would use to test our sites. However, with remote work that's not possible. We had to find a way to deliver the best quality and still validate in different devices.
It also helped me with testing in different OS too. As a ubuntu user, I cannot test MS Edge without a virtual machine. With Browserstack, it is possible and much faster then using a local virtual machine.

Pricing. It can be expensive for small agencies.

With different devices being tested, it ensured we are delivering better sites to our clients. It also helped when clients raised bugs on specific OS.

There's honestly not much I can think of that I'm having any issues with. If I think of anything I'll come back to update this section.

Our company contractually supports IE11 and BrowserStack is a critical partner to ensuring that we can test changes on a daily basis. It's fast, reliable and extremely useful.
