One of the best test platforms there is.
What do you like best about the product?
Feedback of Tests and the Test repository are the best features I like about browserstack. It also supports a lot of types of tests like regressions and smoke which is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects automatically and I have to establish the connection again. It could be a little faster as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Different types of testing like Smoke testing and regression testing was a pain. The testing had to be done everyday but manually running the tests took a lot of time and resources. But with browserstack, it was a one time effort to automate it, now it runs all the tests automatically on a single click which saves so much time. It also removed the potential human errors we faced some time back.

What do you like best about the product?
the test automation part. I used it while i was in Amazon. we used it there for cypress tests automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to customize and sometimes the response time is slow at times. Its also a lil bit expensive for general public
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For test automation at Amazon, i used this for cypress testing when i worked as an SDE 1 there and told my teammates about it. They all liked it and some of them even used it after that.

Its a bit costly and then it's good for tester only though the team sharing is good

What do you like best about the product?
Cross browser testing which enable user to test to multiple browser and multiple devices at one platform

It is very complex to configure the testing on multiple browser for newbies

Browser stack has solved the problem of matanaing multiple devices we don't require or purchase multiple devices it can be done at one device only
Browserstack: Compatible for all testing needs
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is really helping us a lot for making our product reliable. The best part of the browserstack is that, it doesnt require any client or application to be install in our system to use it. We just have to use our browser to test app for app and website and that too cross platform and browser. Earlier we use to test on emulator for which we need to install Android Studio then SDK and so on. And we have limited option to test only mobile app there. But browserstack has all the feature whether we have to test our mobile app in any device or website in any browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack should have a single plan as well for subscription. We have to make subscription for every feature. It should have onw common subscription plan which contains all features and separate plans as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we have to test mobile application on emulators and what we found out that results are not accurate on emulator when compared to real devices. Therefore, we switched to browserstack and now we can test our application or tools on any number of platform whether it is mobile devices or any other browser.
An awesome tool for Manual and Automation testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about Browserstack is that It has so many features in one platform. We can test any type of app whether it is android or iOS. We just need to upload our .apk, .aab or .ipa file. We can also use any platform app for performing automation tetsing as well. We can see detailed logs whenever our cases failes or if we need to debug any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we are testing website on brwoserstack using their Live feature their are limited information on the network tab and application tab as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Browserstack to test our mobile apps and websites on different devices and browsers. Its helps us to perform cross browser and device testing. As Browserstack has detailed guide on how we can use browserstack's any device for our automation testing so this makes our testing very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for me, and its eae of implementation make it more useful. The customer support feature is also very nicen, i am using it regularly whenever i face any issue. It is also easy to integrate the features.

I dont found any dislike about the website till now.

It is very helpful tool for collaborating and working with different collegues in testing.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about browser stack is that I can test my website on various devices and browsers very easily. The implementation of tests are also very easy. Frequency to use has also increased to a lot of extent. The customer support for any of the issues while testing is also very awesome. I can also integrate it easily into my code which is one of the best thing I liked about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which I don't like is the pricing of the service, the price is justifiable for the services it provides but it is difficult for an individual to afford it. A cheaper version with some less services would be better for individuals who are trying to test their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem which BrowserStack is solving is testing the product across different operating systems and platforms. It helps me as a software developer because I can't afford to buy these many platforms and Operating Systems by myself and test my product in it and integrating my code with different platforms is also very tough, but with the help of BrowserStack I can do all of this easily.
BrowserStack is a great backup for testing on real devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack gives you a range or real devices, often devices we do not have physcial access to, with a mixture of OS versions to test on. Often this is enough to cover what our users have and finds additional bugs due to this. It is quick and easy to use and understand there are no barriers to entry.

Sometime the application uploads take a while, could be my connection though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to access a load of device which for a small company would be too extortionate to purchase for the time limited needs we have. Flexability is also a great benefit, maybe we need a device with two different OS version well BrowserStack can do this. To have a physical version of this would be very time consuming and slow to make happen.
