What do you like best about the product?
- The time in eyes of a development and testing has greatly reduced, for a developer like myself it serves in terms of ease of use and implementation.
- I have been using it almost daily since my previous internship gig where I was the sole front-end web-dev shop.
- The fact that I don't have to switch between VMs and follow a cumbersome flow is satisfying, it has saved my time and energy by a lot.
- Have tried alternatives like Lambdatest, but they fumble and break very often. The integration with most of the applications at my work was also not very doable.Took a lot of efforts. Browserstack solved all these problems.
- The support of real devices and not emulator/simulator is the best feature - the app live feature. Love this, emulators work but there's obviously a clear difference.
- The whole process of testing has become more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Since it is a public cloud model with req-response cycles, it is slow obviously. And with an increasing number of tests, it feels a little annoying to be spending so much, but as a developer's POV, I can deal with this.
- There have been issues where running my tests on local worked perfectly, but on browserstack they gave weird unexpected errors like the test kept stuck on a loop forever until timeout.
- It fails with an error of "element not found" when I can clearly see it. It works perfectly on local as well. The locator is unique.
- When working with VPNs, it gives a lot of issues. Don't know how but the same tests without the VPN work perfectly. Using Palo Alto VPN.
- The customer support I have never used personally, so can't comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Testing our website and application is the most integral part as that is where our business comes from as an org. The testing pipeline has been streamlined, thanks to Browserstack.
- testing on a wide range of devices and browsers was a very compulsive and cumbersome task before, which has been easier due to using this product.
- The integration with a lot of frameworks has been a boon, being a multinational company, we have been able to test different things with integration of different frameworks using a unified product. this greatly helps the devleoper, and once a developer gets the hang of using this product, he can use it to do a wide range of activities.
- Video recording and screenshots have been an advantage to onboard new developers.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about BrowserStack is the access to any device I need virtually without physically needing it. Also it is easy to use and easy to integrate as well. I am also happy with the customer service provided by them, they are quick at responding. Also the documentation provided was well enough for smooth implementation.

The price structure can be improved a bit, I feel like more options can be provided so that people can choose based on various factors like the features that they need and frequency of utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I require cross browser testing in my work and this is easily solved by BrowserStack. Also I find backend logs to be especially very helpful. I love the fact that I can do parallel testing of web and app. One more way that benefits me a lot is the wide variety of choices that are given for browsers and devices too. Basically all my compatibility issues that I used to get in testing in my work are solved by this wonderful product, hence I love BrowserStack.
