What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is one of those websites which I use the most. It offers me high level testing of my applications. The tools which BrowserStack provides for testing is the most efficient ones. It provides all the environments that a developer requires. Also, the cross browser capabilities is the most impressive feature.The developer can test so many apps ar the same time on different platforms. Also it allows different devices means developer can use different devices to run the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The BrowserStack is sometimes too expensive that everyone can't afford. If the pricing structure becomes a but affordable then it would prove a boom for developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack provides me the best environments to test. The test cases which it provides is easy to understand and debugging is comparatively faster. It gives the best output and high level code after testing. It saves tome and resouces.

It is very useful tool for QA's to automate test cases whether it is a Web application or Mobile application we can run the sripts easily from various devices available in BrowserStack. It makes cross browser testing and compatibility testing very useful. It personally saves a lot of time for me.It must have tool for all the QA's.I personally recommend to other Test Engineers to make use of this tool.

As of now I don't have any dislikes in BrowserStack

It is helping us in a way where we can do Automation testing more easily and also it's majorly helping to test the Web application in different browsers and Mobile testing in different devices in different resolutions.It helps us to save a lot of time and help QA's to be more productive.
Overall a really good experience, quite flexible and fast.

The most helpful part of BrowserStack is we can perform complete testing without installing any virtual machine . It supports both manual and automation testing and we can test all the major browsers from a single control point. It really saves time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not open source. Also response time is not as good as a locally installed VM. Rest everything is really good.

It helps me verify how my application behaves in various environments without compromising with simulators.
Since it provides access to real devices for testing, it gives really accurate results and help me identify compatibility issues and let me know whether my app works seamlessly across diffrent platforms.

Performance Issues: Occasionally, I've experienced some performance issues while running tests on BrowserStack, particularly during peak usage times. This can lead to delays in test execution or occasional lags in the user interface
