One stop solution to enhance testing
What do you like best about the product?
1. Ease of use : Easy to learn & use
2. Easy to implement.
3. Can be integrated with multiple other applications.
4.Customer support is good and also they have bigger community.
5. They have solution for web, mobile. Also if you already have a test automation suite, you can integrate it with browser stack.
6. They also have live testing features.
7. Support multiple devices, browser versions, OS's.

What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of. [May be pricing can be reduced considering small start ups.May be they already have this option that I am unaware of]

My product sometimes has errors in the Safari browser. Since I am not an iOS user, I cannot test it. BrowserStack helps me a lot in this regard.

Browserstack platform is scalable and helps optimize testing. They provide great support therefore any implementation, integration is ease.

I wish there were better debugging for mobile. Low code automation needs more improvements.

BrowserStack platform helps our team with cross-browser compatibility testing. Otherwise there would be a need to have an expensive test lab.

With browserStack I can run my tests in several different browsers and devices.
Browserstack Testing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it's easy to learn and use. I use Browserstack daily. I like how I can change between the various browsers or devices easily. I don't have to stop the session, I can just click a few buttons to change over from Desktop to mobile whether it be Android or iPhone. Or change from Mac to a Windows. Usually, it works seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy at times. Sometimes when I swithc from Desktop to mobile, it will glitch and go to a randon page or just simply not load at all. Then I have to stop my session and start from scratch again. I found out a few days ago, that there are some things it doesn't show. When using Browserstack, I didn't see we had a coding issues with the scroll bars. I was using my desktop also when testing and ended up seeing a double scroll bar ro the right. We had to create a bug ticket for the issue and get it fixed ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is helpful so I don't have to have all the various devices in hand to do testing. My desk would be very full if I had to have multiple cell phones and computers on my desk.
