Very nice web product
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very friendly to user. As a QA engineer this is a must have!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a freelance, I recently tried out BrowserStack to see how well it works for cross-browser testing. While the tool is powerful and offers a wide range of features, the high price makes it difficult for freelancers like me to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see my webb app in different platforms

smoother integration for app automate, simpler setup well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
its not about dislike but there are requirements like reporting tests summar when all tests run currently only the failed one gets reported else i really liked the product overall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tests in different devices is possible and it saves time to check app in different devices and verify functionalities in each one of them

While BrowserStack is awesome, it's true that it can get a bit pricey, especially if you're a smaller team or flying solo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
But hey, the awesome thing about BrowserStack is that you get instant access to tons of real devices and browsers right at your fingertips! That means I can easily test my websites and apps on all sorts of setups, so I know they'll work flawlessly for everyone, no matter what they're using. And that, my friend, makes for some super happy users!
Great product but poor customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the UI is intuitive, fast and you also have great logs about your execution and even videos, I like that we can aim to specific servers by using our localhost to resolve domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is really bad, whenever I have an issue, is always the same, I have to go over and over again to answer questions, it seems there is some kind of rotation on the assigned agent/support guy and I have to explain the issue again, whenever I ask a question, it is not answered, you should improve, have a great product but a really bad attention to customer with issues or question is not ideal.

2. No tablet is available with latest android OS
3. Tablet should be available with beta OS versions
4. Lenovo Tablets shoul be added in the device pool

It is good, but still there is place to get better
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. As we can get all the all the browsers and most of the devices to test. As I use browserstack daily for my analysis purpose. I am using browser stack local also to work on my local device code so the implementation and intergration is beging easy. And when i get confuse i also get help from the Browserstack support team on how to use things.
What do you dislike about the product?
In android other than google devices are not getting updated, there should be new devices should get added. Most of the times while doing analysis I face a lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a QA we have to do cross browser testing. So it saves our time. and Browser stack supports vpn so we can directly checn on particular device with other country how its working there.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super user friendly, easy for our clients to use and cuts the wrok load in half when it comes to testing! Relugarly used within our team and clients.

Has it's bugs and not always loading on site which comes with it's frustrations to then troubleshoot.

There are a lot of OS, browsers versions available including some old versions. That is usefull to prevent errors or to reproduce a problem in a specific environment.

Keyboard and local feature is not working always correctly.

The only downside I've ever experienced is that there are so many options, it's hard to know what to use.
