Amazing Browserstack
What do you like best about the product?
The number of devices available for testing and the variety of testing functionalities offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
We must use our user credentials to access the App Store / Play Store. BrowserStack may not support all the functionalities of native apps. I am still having difficulty with an auto selfie using face detection functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The availability of physical devices to test the application.
Reliable tool for Cross-Browser/Device/Platform Testing and ADA Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It is providing real time device to test. so that we are able to do cross browser/devices and Platform testing as well. It's interface is also user friendly so that you don't need any special skill to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much as of now. As we are currnelty focus on maximum utilization of it with available facilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us approx 96% proper report for Cross Browser/Devices/Platform testing.
It gives us ADA compliance report with severity and explaination of ADA error/warning/suggeston as well

browserStack gives real device feeling.
What do you like best about the product?
We can do local testing which are under staging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Device scrolling takes time and while inspecting the DOM its difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browsers do not show actual problems that are faced on real devices. After using BrowserStack overcome those problems.
We expect integration with Jira, trello and VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) report

Device cloud with so many devices to use and plugins are awsome

Export issue to jira and generate a report that can be shared to our cilents as a proof of the Accessibility compliance.

Provide access to different device throught real device cloud in various configuration

Variery of devices scal on the go with variery of different versions of browsers as well
Great overview of the tooling and speakers were clear and concise
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack offers great tooling which simplifies the testing process of product - they seem to be at the cutting edge in terms of automating the testing of accessibility which can often be a time consuming aspect of software development and testing, the solutions demonstrated at the accesibility webinar seem very intuative and aim to assist with improving web accessibility for all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes, I have used the tooling over a number of years now and am always impressed by the offering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross browser testing is a must have within our organisation and the new tooling demonstrated for accessibility will be a massive time saver for myself as I am currently the sole accessibility advocate within my organisation
Great for testing products
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of different devices and browser versions available when I want to test sites and apps. Very easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes app is slow on some devices and it can be difficult to differentiate whether it's the app or the device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there's an issue on a specific device or browser I can easily test it without needing that specific device on hand.
We always use browserstack to make sure our website is mobile responsive.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact BrowserStack uses real devices to emulate our mobile responsiveness. This is extremely helpful as not everyone has 1 of each device.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack as of now works fine with the subscription my team has. We would be interested in the future once my team reviews the recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack does a good job at providing our team with real life testing devices for all of our changes. This is important because we have a variety of users that use different types of devices and platforms.
The session is very helpful with lot of valuable advice, and information.

the user interface is very easy to use, and very good design

sometime, when testing mobile, it will ask me to wait until the device is avaiable.

when test mobile, now i can launch two devices and test at the same time .

I would say that the user interface is exceptional compared to other softwares it very friendly and easy to handle.

I experienced some slowness in the application that I don't really like. I prefer to do the tasks quickly

Iam able to get issues related to the application before the production release that benefits me as a tester and also bring overall quality to the application.
