A powerful automation tool that can facilitates compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The rationalized frameworks provide a simplified view and way of managing regulatory requirements that apply to the organization. This takes an immense burden off organizations!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, it is not possible to utilize the Drata policy template when creating new / recreating existing policies for Drata to hold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is reducing the manual overhead associated with compliance tasks, thereby saving time and increasing accuracy.
Great SOC 2 Compliance Software!
What do you like best about the product?
Drata is a great software all around. It not only guided us throughout the process, it immensely helped create all necessary policies, update our systems, and educated us along the way. Their help and chat desk are prompt and helpful, providing answers to any questions. Their compliance and audit experts are ready to help. The software itself is user-friendly and intuitive. On top off all is the customer service, especially Ali, who held our hand and walked us through the entire process. We could not have done it without her, and Drata.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing not to like! The SOC2 evaluation process is long and complex, but Drata made it so easy and frictionless.

Guidance, knowledge, automation, evaluation, expertise.

Our security team is harnessing the power of 10. Drata is enabling a migration from push pull report email confirm to "its in there"

What do you like best about the product?
Drata is incredible at automating our security controls and letting us see at a glance how prepared we are for an upcoming SOCII audit. Our account manager, Nick C. is also amazing and super patient with any questions we may have. Drata also is great at letting us know about upcoming product releases and advising how improvements can help our own use of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with marketing emails, I'm not quite clear how our particular instance is impacted by any changes to controls, so I need clarification from our account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security controls; SOCII audit readiness.

ISO27001 looks easy to setup but with Drata it is easy to follow up as well.

The user interface is fantastic, so easy to use and uncomplicated.

There is nothing to like about this product, but would be keen to see more integrations into other HR and Education tools.

Drata is keen to help out in anyway possible and provides weekly customer success engagements to ensure you are getting the most out of the tool.

Nothing. The service is excellent. It would be great for more features to be automated, but we never ran into any issues where we didn't have something one click away.

Drata is very thoughtfully and helpfully developed with intuitive and informative structure. The guided experience is backed by encouraging staff with deep knowledge.

They could benefit from an expanded range of integrated partners for automated monitoring.

We require certain levels of security policy and practice to be demonstrated for our own purposes and outside organizations. Drata is providing the subject matter and structure to help us get to the next level.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata is super slick, integrates quickly with all your systems, and helps keep us compliant! Customer Support is quick and easy. Onboarding was fast and not difficult with our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I have no complaints at all. We were previously using Accountable for HIPAA compliance and this does a much better job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is doing a much better job of helping us with the controls to ensure we are HIPAA compliant. It was also super easy to add SOC-2 compliance once we decided we wanted to do that as well.
