Easy to use software with a modern interface that simplifies the annoying details of compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Controls related to policy acceptance and training are quick and seamless. Good number of integrations and visualization of status of controls across different standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. As a user/stakeholder, I find it easy to accomplish the tasks that are required of me.

Best Support and deep IT Ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
Drata stands out not only for its advanced SOC2 process automation, which is more manageable and easy to start using their templates and third party connections which automatically bring the signals and provide you a overview of your compliance, but also for providing excellent assistance. Their Onboarding team also provides a clear explanation of what to expect and how to navigate their portal effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Drata for a couple of months now and haven't run into any problems we don't like. Another point will like to mention be sure of what you get in standard offer. Sometime Add-ons which you later encounter you need them can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata helps us to integrate our IT infrastructure seemingly into their portal providing you a super convenience to track and monitor your compliance progress.

Peace of mid for keep compliant
What do you like best about the product?
It did not take us long to figure out how Drata worked and set up for our organisation. For anything we could not figure out they responded very fast to keep us on track.
It was very easy to integrate with our other services and you will be surprised how many other tools they can collect date from.
the initial setup takes quite a while but once you are complete you only need to login once a day for a few minuets to check you are compliment and fix and issue that have happened.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far not really had any downsides. When we have not understood something the team has very fast worked it out with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is solving the issues of making sure you continually monitor and get evidence for all compliance needs through out the year.
Strong Product; Amazing Support
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Drata for slightly more than a year. It has really helped to improve our efficiency in preparing our audits and keeping tabs on our internal compliance. Any implementation or company-specific issues have been relatively minor and relatively painless to fix.
A real highlight of our Drata experience has been our CSM sponsorship. I have been lucky enough to work with Elizabeth John. She has been an excellent partner, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are able to use Drata to its fullest. Even when we have had personnel transitions on our side, she has helped to make sure knowledge is transferred appropriately, and has both the sense of urgency and calm demeanor of a great leader. She has made our Drata experience even better than the already good experience it would have been anyway,

Sometimes the tool can be hard to navigate. I sometimes find myself lost, but I have mostly been able to orient myself.

Best Security and Compliance platform I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use, all in one, auditor seats, first-class and speedy support. The onboarding and education is what made us choose Drata years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the evidence seems to be mapped in a more free-form way which may be confusing to newer users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structuring all our security and compliance controls and processes, tracking employee compliance, support with SOC2 and ISO audits.

Seems like once it's fully set up, it' s a good way to manage GRC - auditors seem to like it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The policy editor is terrible. It's also just quite a lot of set up, a massive project. This is to be expected though given the scale of what it is supposed to be used for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still setting it up but so far it seems to help keep track of things such as whether MFA is not configured for any of your SSO accounts, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing policies or trust center access requests isn't exactly a particularly enjoyable task, but of course it's something that needs to be done by any serious enterprise.
Drata makes this process as painless as possible. I have used their platform in different roles in different companies and even though I am an occasional user, I never have any problems finding my way around. I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to have such an accessible compliance platform and I really wish more business software was like Drata.

What do you dislike about the product?
I recently couldn't log in to Drata and the error message wasn't very helpful (basically saying I couldn't log in). Our company's Drata admin was also unable to see any further error details on his end.
However, Drata's support team managed to resolve the issue in just 13 minutes (!) after I emailed them, even though I was contacting them outside of their core West Coast working hours.
So as far as negative experiences go, Drata provided by far the best.
