What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to authenticating our users, Duo protection is vital; it gives additional protection for login in and is simple to use once set up. It provides several ways to authenticate users, such as push notifications on the phone, text messages or phone calls, and so on. Security is excellent, and it connects with SSO and other internal tools. Duo Security is simple to set up, and the documentation is well written and easy to understand. DUO Security assistance is easily accessible, the Duo Security mobile app is highly user-friendly, and DUO security is a terrific alternative for keeping our official information secure; despite the fact that it is a two-factor authentication, the procedure is completed with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be speedier in push notifications, but it lacks features such as unauthorized users repeatedly typing the wrong push, which should concern the respected person or firm. What I dislike about DUO security is how restricted its functions are; if we lose our internet connection, we will be unable to utilize this program; in an emergency, this would be a major issue; I wish it would give alternate authentication methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security has been incredibly helpful and adaptable, and the app is straightforward for all customers to use. It gives an amazing public facing two factor authentication solution, and they provide a simple solution with less administrative maintenance burden. To log in to our corporate portal after entering our password, we must input the access code given in the DUO Security program; this assures the security of our account.

What do you like best about the product?
When using Duo Security, I enjoy that you have alternatives. You may log in by sending a notice or contacting a personal device like a phone, or you can use a password. This is especially beneficial when the notification takes a while to come, transmit, and a password can be faster. The Duo Security software allows users to log in using their phone or Apple Watch by clicking approve or reject on the notice; this is a convenient feature because other solutions need users to submit a six-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Duo Security cannot detect devices, if you check in to a site using your phone rather than your regular device, which is more likely to be a computer, Duo will still transmit two-factor authentication to your phone. This is infuriating since it makes little logic and does not safeguard your accounts. When I enter the building in the morning, my phone changes from the cellular network to the office wifi; during this transition, my Duo boost may not be given for many minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how you may refuse access to a login attempt using the report attempt option; this reduces the possibility of unintentionally clicking deny because reports are not created automatically. We adopted Duo 2FA to address business network security issues. The pros are that we now have 2FA, which does not appear to effect users or give them any trouble in comparison to the significant gain in security. Duo protection adds an extra layer of protection to your emails and other apps by generating a random six-digit code every 30 seconds that no hacker can decode, so making all of your accounts more safe.
The Best MFA in market
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of DUO MFA which impressed me that this product can be used in the server's which allows MFA in the server level as well. We have implemented this in one our customer environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced any probelms with Duo security, Its looks good product for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the requirement that one our client looking for the SSO and server level MFA as well. This Duo Security solves our client requirement . This was perfect solution we have suggest for them.
Great authentication app to access office VDI with ultimate security
What do you like best about the product?
Using Virtual desktop of our company with tough to access because of data security reasons and client usually dont accept it but with DUO app it was very seamless and we use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great authenticator, additional feature like time tracking and location can be more useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual desktop access was really tough task for the team due to which they were not able to connect when outside office or in different work location due to client meeting. Using DUO security is hassle free and team can access desktop easily.
Duo has come a long way
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the feature where I can approve a login without typing in my passcode.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it did not take over my browser so I cant go back and look at things without canceling it out.

I feel more secure when loging in to diffrient accounts.
Reliable Security Measure
What do you like best about the product?
Duo is very easy to use - it provides various options to authenticate your login information. Additionally, I have an Apple Watch with the Duo app and I can confirm my login from my watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get tedious at time, but it's worth the peace of mind.

It prevents outside sources from accessing sensative materials, and it makes it easier for us to do our job without any concerns.
Best solution for all kind of security
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things which i like in Duo as MFA protection , 2FA etx . As Duo work seamlessly and will intergrated with all your devices with very ease. Also the customer Support is the best in the market we will get all the soltuion within a give timeframe. I uses Duo security and recommend you to use this Apllication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is as such no dislike in this application but as some point we need to do some extra configration which is a bit messy Also if we plan to change the main mobile or phone number it is pretty long process and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our infrastructure security is the main concern which Duo Security Plays perfect role with Different authentication Levels also the admin as each details of every user which helps company to keep an eye in the security breach.
Duo Security - Easy to use and integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with other services. User friendly. Can be applied to many leading applications. Customer support is US based and top notch. They answer quick and provide great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duo security needs more granularity. The ability to bypass users per application. More granularity in user policies would be beneficial as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA is what we use it for and it works like it should.
